Need leadership off and on the pitch. As good a player Bowen is he isn't captain material. Doesn't look like these batterings hurt enough, they just go through the same motions week in week out. I'd rather have a Noble, Collins or Dawson out there. Not the top of the tree players but always put 100% in.
