AWB is instructed to play this way. He didnt do it at the Mancs. Lop sees him as an attacking threat to over load on the right I think? Its been a disaster as no one can cover
He's instructed not to run back and defend? Dont give me that shit. He's told to get forward and attack....not to then not bother going back. When Coufal comes on for him or plays on the right you dont see him not busting a gut to get back.

Another breakaway goal, another pass to the wide left player, another goal against with Wan Bissaka not in the fucking shot. If you want a fraud....look there. Total fraud of a fullback. He's been more often at centre forward than fullback this game.
Wouldn't actually mind if he was just slow...but he's happy as a clam sprinting in the other direction.
I can’t think of another team that throw the towel in against teams like this quite as much as us. It’s not unique to Lopetegui on fairness. Same with Moyes. Replace Liverpool with Man City last season.
It’s always the same. Hang in there for a while, then concede in a short burst and the game is done. Aside from Paqueta slipping with the open goal and Kudus hitting the post with what was really a pretty speculative effort, we barely laid a glove. There was an offside decision that I can’t understand too, but that’s not a real factor.
It’s the manner of this defeat that should see Lopetegui gone. There was a clear demand to improve performances, not just results. Narrow wins vs Wolves and Southampton and draws with Bournemouth and Brighton is not the requirement.
I don’t see what style he is trying to implement. Granted he tries to play a bit more football than Moyes, but it isn’t good enough. We are so open.

Performance is not great but the worst thing about West Ham at the moment is all these so called fans around me leaving early.
Post up a photo... and we might actually believe you are there??? Otherwise its just more bs...
Every time Irving comes on he looks solid on the ball,.good at the one touch passes, and no worse getting around the field than any of our other midfielders.
Not sure why he isn't getting more game time given the other options.

We should be docking areola’s wages for every punch!
who does that shit anymore? Like it’s the 90s?
if you need to punch then you shouldn’t be going for it anyway.
i hate it.
TBF, he has kept the scoreline under 8. Once again the keeper is our motm
True, but the reason he’s not no.1 isn’t because he’s not a great shot stopper. His issue is he doesn’t give the defence confidence and pulls out of 50/50s . Punching is one of those things that just makes you think he’s not confident in catching the ball.
Most keepers at this level are amazing shot stoppers. It’s the other bits they lack.
and that weak hand for salahs goal… kind of negates all the over worldly saves.
