goose - I was watching last night and I thought what the fuck are Soucek and Soler doing, they literally just run around, literally. No possession in the middle of the park, it's fucking ridiculous.

I’m still fucked off about the window. Pardon the pun, but Potter isn’t a magician - we still concede two goals every fucking game, and still have an invisible midfield,

14 games of watching teams walk through our midfield, 14 games of Mavrapanos making rickets and Coufal & Cresswell trying to play centre back.

Been a shit window and that isn't a dig at Ferguson before some of you start, Ferguson is fine, just not by himself.
Agree, shit window, not even any Salthouse clients. That said, any new bodies would very likely to have been squad players, so is it worth it anyway with14 games left. Ferguson will start on the bench, whether he breaks into the starting line up remains to be seen.

Not really bothered about this window, although I’d have at least found a CB on loan.

This season was a write off the moment Lopetegui was appointed. 150m down the toilet, and a major overhaul needed in the summer just to reverse the damage. Was no point throwing more out of short term desperation.

Is it shite? Who knows, but you ask where the rumour comes from so here it is:

https://www.youtube.com/live/JHE_6JE6rPI
Stubbo,

Thanks for an actual link.

’ve never listened to them two blokes before.

So , he starts off declaring he is an “IKN..I Know Nothing” and talks about rumours he heard from a Brighton Fan.

Some fact checking would have been useful.States,

Ferguson 3 years ago, he would have been interested in as a signing? I don’t think anyone knew much about him at 16 yrs of age.

Keeps referring to him as a 21 yr old? He just turned 20 a few months ago.

Rumour:“His attitude stunk after new contact, doesn’t train properly

I can definitely say that is bullshit, btw there are 18 Brighton players on higher contracts than him currently.

Everything I know of him, confirms he is a hard working lad, only interested in playing football and no time for the media celeb spotlight.

To listen to them two talk about him in comparison with Marcus Rashford (27) and Ravel Morrison is laughable.
The two muppets then sating, if its a choice between Ferguson or no one, they would take him!  Again, laughable stuff.

Anyway, this is the rumour I hear from Brighton.

He wasn’t fit for Pre-season, so, Hurzeler prepared with Welbeck, Pedro and Rutter,When

Ferguson was fit, he kept him mainly coming on as a sub for 6 or 7 minutes

.Ferguson, frustrated with little or no game time looked for a move for January, because he wants to play football

He used the last month to get himself as fit as he has been and treat any small remaining niggle, for a fresh start.

There is a “rumour” that Wellbeck had a row with the manager about the way he was treating Ferguson.

Ironically, Hurzler seemed to be putting out a “stay plea” last week. Maybe realising that Pedro has 1 goal since November and Wellbeck has none, and Ferguson might actual be the player he needs.

I wouldn’t be shocked if Hurzler was gone at the end of the season.

I suppose if we are unlikely to go down then Fergusson is worth a punt. if we were fighting relegation or were near a European place then it would be a bit mental to get in yet another player with injury issues.

The positive I think is that him and Fullkrug are similar in playing style from what I can see. So I think that gives the team an identity and whoever the understudy is we will have continuity.

I just worry we have a Ashton style heartbreak in the future. Or another Carol that you can’t rely on. But that’s no.9s these days.

STUBBO..... and a massive injury risk on loan who scored a few goals a few years back with glass ankles and a suspect attitude.

You've been spouting this shite quiet a lot.

Do tell us when you read or heard about his suspect attitude? Anything you can quote?

And it's been one injury effectively,  that he is back and fit from know.
Is it shite? Who knows, but you ask where the rumour comes from so here it is:

https://www.youtube.com/live/JHE_6JE6rPI

Go to 8 mins 20 where the host tells the story he has received from Brighton contacts about Evan Ferguson, and how his attitude since being given a new contract is known to have deteriorated.

Would love it to be wrong, but it does all add up to seeing us (Potter) as being the kid's rehab.

Glad he's here....we needed a striker of course, and he's better than some we were linked with, but lets not pretend in our desperation to see players signed this is any kind of masterstroke. It's marginally better than Andre Silva or Cabral coming in.

Hope he does well, but we're being used by Brighton here. Not Madrid, or Arsenal or City, or even Man Utd, but Brighton are using us for their own ends.

You are using the Bobby Moore stand as a source for this bollocks? " someone from Brighton phoned me " , what a load of absolute cock piss and the other guy with him saying he has had multiple injuries? He has had one injury.

I'm sorry but when you use C & B, Hammers Chat and the Bobby Moore stand as your source of information then you go down in my estimation. I agree with a lot of things that you come out with but this is just complete fucking nonsense said on a channel with about 8 subscribers.

Mind blown!

I'm not sure Brighton are using us, we could have taken him with an obligation we chose not to.

So we got him on a straight loan.. Can't really blame them to be fair, just doing what's best for them.

His attitude is not an issue, it's made up bollocks.

The simple truth is that he got injured and other players got ahead of him. He looks upon this as an opportunity to show what he can do. Let's just remember he is 20 not some 30 year old journeyman looking for one last pay day.

Latest from ExWHU.

No more ins expected. Been offered various central defenders but no interest and going with Casey as 4th choice.

A standard Sullivan January window pretty much.

We got a player we didn't want back, and a massive injury risk on loan who scored a few goals a few years back with glass ankles and a suspect attitude.

Linked with the world and his wife.  #WeTried.

Nothing will change while he's here of course, so you shouldn't expect anything else, but it's still very frustrating.

He has a stake in Lorient, he doesn't own them, which I guess is how they're getting around it.

But yeah, its a bit dodgy.
The fact is Bournemouth won't be paying what we would have paid for him, they can hide the costs so that, in my eyes, is as dodgy as fuck and no way should club owners have interests in other clubs.
Weren't Man Utd stopped from buying Todibo for pretty much the same thing?
Because they were both in Europa league

What's suspicious about it, they can sell to who they choose. I do think though that ownership of more than one club should be stopped

I think you can be, just can't trade players if in the same competition, isn't that why Man U couldn't sign Todibo.

The Forest chairman also owns AEK Athens

Sorry that's Olympiacos
