Disappointing as always to be leading and then end up empty handed but more encouraging signs from Potter. At least we're prepared to have a go, Potter's immediate predecessors would've either written the game off before a ball was kicked or probably been 3-0 down within 20 minutes due to a ludicrous and incomprehensible tactical set up.

Pleased to see some fringe players get on the pitch. Irving looked decent until he ran out of puff, Scarles has some learning to do but he can compete at this level, even Luis G had some small bright spots towards the end. Sadly Orford didn't seem to know how to stop the game from passing him by but it's a tough situation to come on in. Hope he'll get some easier scenarios to stamp his mark on a game.

So let me get this straight, a mod would rather ban genuine WHU fans but not the obvious Spurs trolls?

You know like someone that said, and I'm paraphrasing "that wonderful champs league season that Spurs had"
It's not a spurs fan is it though its just some twisted cսnt pretending to be one who wants a reaction.
Fuck off fraser, you're just as bad as that SPURS Bellend.
Why because I ignore him, he wants to get under your skin and you're letting him. He doesn't bother me at all.. Why would he he's just another twisted cսnt on the Internet there are thousands of them.. Just ignore him, you'll feel better for it.

That doesn't make sense at all. Why don't you ban the obvious trolls then no one will have anything to react to. Like I posted before, we've had genuine Spurs fans (Raving Iron) and Millwall (Mad Dog Dil) and to my recollection, no one asked for them to be banned because they were what they were, it was banter but you can't banter with idiots.

fraser you're getting on my shit list mate. It's funny whenever this topic crops up, you're one of the first to chime in, so you're just as bad as those so called troll feeders.

To be fair, if the accounts are trolling who is the bigger problem on here, the mods not banning people or the other users giving the trolls exactly what they want, a reaction?

The mods can ban trolls, but if people on here keep feeding them, they will be back. Arguably the best way to get rid of the trolls is ban the people who keep feeding them reactions as there are only a handful.

To be fair they should be pitied and laughed at really. Imagine being so tragic you're either a supporter of another team or indeed a 'hilarious' alt of another poster here, and spending hours and hours of your life day after day posting hundreds of times on a messageboard you either don't actually have any interest in or under the guise of a character, just to try and get people's attention, despite most of them just ignoring you anyway.

Imagine how little else you must have going on in your life, and how lonely you must have to be to do that. It's pretty pathetic.

He played 15 mins or so at Forest when they were 7-0 down & has hardly kicked a ball for months prior
Obviously Potter will assess him after 10 days training so would expect he will be eased in
If he is ready for Brentford then great

I reckon he starts he's our only centre forward and what's the point if we don't play him.

Ladyboy and Chutney Ferret hate it when you ignore them, and both are pretty easy to ignore when you think they're just here for a reaction.

I just tend to dip in and out of conversations with them when I'm bored.

With Paqueta Todibo & Alvarez , a competent ref & a bit of luck we may have won last night
Potter is moving in the right direction & am positive about next season if he can shift the deadwood & make it more his squad
Like the fact he is introducing the young players

4 good performances out of the 5 games he's been in charge of even with a decimated squad.  Very promising.
Respectfully, I disagree.

The top managers will more often than not get you over the line. Potter is not a top manager.
