Agreed but isn't this a circular argument?  The only reason we need more of the jobs listed is because we have over 10M people in this country who weren't born here, plus their dependants.  Had we had a sensible immigration policy over the last 20 years then we wouldn't need to import even more low paid workers to care for the people who have arrived in that time.

2021 census shows just over 11.1 million people (18.6% of the UK population) are over 65.  Of those, 10.4 million (17.4%) are white. 

Hence the orderlies, nurses, nursing assistants and porters in our hospitals are primarily looking after our ageing white population, not the immigrants over the past 20 years that people on this site despise.

Britain like other western countries, is faced with the problem of an increasingly aging population percentage wise and all that extra pressure it puts on an already failing health service.

Those selfish bastards. They could've at least chipped in a bit, I don't know, paid in monthly, could call it something like National insurance contributions, or maybe something else a bit more catchy?

Obviously though, the answer to solve all this is to have practically zero control of our borders, thus adding to erm, the problem.

Completely ignoring the fact that their dependents will incur cost of education & healthcare before the wage earners have contributed anything.

Low skilled migrants are net consumers of tax resources. That’s a fact. The numbers have grown massively, that’s also a fact.

Just the same as low skilled UK nationals then only theyll already have incurred health and education costs.

Next time you or members of your family are in hospital Id check the nurses, cleaners and orderlies to see if they were migrants and then refuse treatment on that basis. Also a large number of Drs and consultants. But you cherry pick them to suit your argument.
