I'm not interested in ''a win's a win' bollocks. It was dire. We were meant to progress under Potter with better high tempo football, but this is no better than what we saw under the two previous incumbents.
Not his team, not his players. Once he has a stamp on transfers we’ll see the type of manager he is.
There’s been an upgrade in performances since he game in and style of play. It’s not like watching a David Moyes side, so while we may not be swashbuckling every week, it’s better than it’s been for a while.
Yea maybe a little better, but the bar was very low. We've seen plenty of managers come in at other clubs with the same players and turn it around way better than what Potter has, he himself has said he has good players to work with etc. A dire Leicester at home and most of the game was passing sideways and backwards, hardly anything created, fans bored shitless as usual. I know what I was watching and it was crap. His subs were shit too.
I can't believe anyone left that bowel last night buzzing after seeing a good evening of PL football. Potter keeps harping on about connecting with the fans etc claiming he knows what we want to see and we have to watch something resembling a testimonial. I assume you didn't go?
Like I say, I'll give Potter some credit if we beat Newcastle, or at least look like a side than can hurt teams.
