Liverpool Title Parade Incident
Someone has run down a load of scousers on their parade.
Merseyside plod already confirmed suspect is 53-year-old "white British man".
Funny how they release that info so quickly. Didn't release the ethnicity of the Southport attacker so quickly, did they?

it would make sense to be seen to be consistent with their approach. Is it right? I honestly don't know. But I get it - they've done it to avoid repeats of last Summer. It sets a precedent because now when they don't announce details the same knuckle-draggers will just scream Muslim/immigrant, which isn't ideal either. Then you see the issue then. They have behaved differently in how and when they share information. It won't be clear to anyone whether this is going to be a consistent change or not. At the moment all people can see is when the suspect is white, they behave differently in how they share information to when he is not.
The police are supposed to police 'without fear or favour'. At the moment native whites (particularly working class native whites) don't see the police to be honouring that commitment. That's come about over years from the way they handled Rotherham grooming gangs to last years riots and the Lucy Connolly case. Doesn't make someone a knuckle dragger for being sensitive to that. And I wonder if you were calling the blacks knuckle draggers when they had the same complaint of the police in the 80s or is it only when whites feel aggrieved that you resort that?
Oh do fuck off you knuckle dragging cսnt.
Btw, my mate messaged me 10 minutes ago. He's finally got out of there but said it was complete madness. Not that anyone here cares, they're too busy desperately twisting the whole situation to poor old white men being racially oppressed. Ffs!

Re: Liverpool Title Parade Incident
Also, they (BBC) have repeated ad nauseam this morning that people should not speculate, and if they have any footage then they should not share that on social media but should send it directly to the police.
So why then are they broadcasting eye witness accounts? Surely by their own fucking logic they would be asking those callers to share their accounts with the police, rather than airing them nationally.

wanting to murder people? not sure what you're implying there. that african shitbag last year apparently wanted to murder people, even years prior to the day he did it. ok you're not left wing, but you liberal cunts are quite happy for more and more of this to happen as long as it doesn't affect you. we're not allowed to recognise patterns of crime, or who might have done this, hence the mention of WHITE a million fucking times over the past twelve hours

Re: Liverpool Title Parade Incident
As Mike has mentioned, the BBC are utter hypocrites - after the Southport tragedy, they constantly repeated the importance of not speculating, whist at the very same time projected that there would be large far right wing demonstrations in most cities across the country that following weekend, which did not happen.
This morning on TV and radio every other utterance is about ‘the usual suspects’ speculating.
There wouldn’t be so much speculation if people could trust both our MSM and police.
Perhaps they should consider the reasons for that.

Re: Liverpool Title Parade Incident
Miike - that's just not true though. Are the knuckle-draggers the people who tried to burn down hotels and nicking from Shoezone because they thought it was a Muslim immigrant, or are the knuckle-draggers the people who didn't do that? Because the facts are simple: it wasn't a Muslim immigrant who lived in a hotel. The knuckle-draggers were lied to and they lapped it up because they wanted to believe it.
I'm not even slightly "left wing" - I've never voted "left" in my life. But not wanting to murder people because of their race/religion/immigration status based on a guess is just normal.

Trundle - of course that was my immediate thought. The difference is that I didn't set about trying to burn down hotels and nicking sausage rolls based on that thought. There's nothing "left wing" about not leaping to conclusions and then trying to kill people based on my guess.

Re: Liverpool Title Parade Incident
My guess is that he'll be a pissed up regular scouser. He shouldn't have been there which probably caused the original issue, I then think the crowd escalated the issue, and he panicked and floored it.
I'm in no way excusing what he did by suggesting the crowd might have escalated it, before anyone thinks that.

Re: Liverpool Title Parade Incident
Still not confirmed if the description is of the driver or the bloke arrested for trying to attack him.
Also there are plenty of white Muslims so anyone saying he's can't be Muslim because he's white is as racist as those jumping to conclusions about him being Muslim.
Can't bekieve how many numpties on social media are blaming the crowd for attacking him and causing him to panic and accidentaly drive into a crowd, when it's clear to see that he turned and accelearared towards a crowd twice.

Re: Liverpool Title Parade Incident
You can't blame people for thinking it was a muslim, and call them knuckle draggers.
I reckon 99% (including yourself, OTB) thought it was probably one when the reports first came out.

wils wrote: ↑26 May 2025, 22:49 FWIW I don't think this is a terrorist attack, I think the bloke panicked.
But this 53-year-old white man arrested is increasingly looking like it wasn't the driver but was arrested for something else. I could be wrong.
If that is the case and the police have deliberately mislead everyone (along with most of the media who are currently blazoning that detail on their front pages) it's going to badly affect trust which is already not good.
Police press conference in a moment. So we might find out a bit more. (or less!)
He's innocent until proven guilty. They can't just announce that he was driving the car.

Oh, and fuck off to the usual suspects trying to make this about race. And you pricks wonder why the police released the detail that it was a white man? Fucking racist, embarrassing cunts.
They probably released his details due to the anti Muslim feeling in Liverpool after the Southport murders

Apparently when the "mob" had finished attacking his car, the hubcaps were missing?
