Trump is so thin skinned he cannot stand criticism.
Criticise me and I’ll terminate your government contracts, what happened to free speech?

It was always on the cards.

Those purple haired mental car scratchers are in a bit of a quandary now, I guess.

How are you feeling about it, One Sunny They?

Sounds like a good idea to rebuild an already levelled plot of land ready to be heavily invested in so to provide jobs etc to a population crying out for it. What a horrendous idea as part of a solution to try and improve lives going forward.

That said that's not at all in Hamas vested interests who only want to preserve the status quote of control on the area as the civvies continue to meekily suffer under them used as their pawns in their war games.

This isn't exactly a difficult position to take.
It's an insane position especially thinking Gaza is a potential riviera strip

He'll be respectful to the King etc but he really doesn't give a fuck with regards to the left and can see him embarrassing Starmer at some after dinner speech, that see's Starmers position diminished by bringing up some home truths about freedom of speech. Vance has already given a little hors d'oeuvre of that in Europe already. Could even say something along the lines of "I hope this doesn't get me locked up with what I'm about to say.. " before going in to one. He knows Starmers a little bitch who will just take it as well.

Trump is hardly a pacifist and though he does not want to waste American lives in military action he is, and has, sent his forces to take action where he thinks it’s necessary.

What would make a pleasant change would be to see him, and Vance, face to face with a dictator or two taking them to task instead of trying to bully representatives of democracies.

I was also disappointed in how Trump allowed Steimsr to lie to his face in the Oval Office about the UK having freedom of speech. Would have loved to see him shut Steimar up and expose him right there in front of the world like he did to the South African President.

Don't rule that out when he comes over on the state visit. Would be prime time to do it..
We can hope! It’s warranted.

Onebilly, I have not contested the result of Trump’s win in 2024 and as far as I’m concerned the results of the elections in 2016, 2020 and 2024 were all legal and above board. Though it is worthy of comment that Trump lost the popular vote in 2016 but won the electoral college vote clearly.

You, billy, have in answer to me today divided up the American electorate as the winning majority being terrified of the alternative and the losing minority as being stupid.

I have not suggested re running any of the American Presidential elections though strangely enough there are people in America, and one or two on here, who think that Trump had the 2020 election stolen from him.

Take dictators to task, what like a trade war with China?

OR how about sanctions on Venezuela?

Two examples of Trump standing up against dictators.

He stayed away from how the Romania and its corrupt election officials/ dictators cheated the electorate out of their vote

And how about France and their efforts to cheat the electorate from voting for their candidate?

I was also disappointed in how Trump allowed Steimsr to lie to his face in the Oval Office about the UK having freedom of speech. Would have loved to see him shut Steimar up and expose him right there in front of the world like he did to the South African President.

Id say the EU has more to answer for when it comes to standing up for democracy .

Comma.

Maybe they should have cancelled the last presidential election and re ran it. And had Trump won again, they could have binned that result iff and had another go. In future, all election results should be ignored until you and your ilk get the desired result.

2016 ringing any bells for anyone?

It's the thing that must blow the progressives tiny minds when it comes to how non-Hawkish Trump is, as it jars against everything they make him out to be. He verges almost on being a Pacifist if anything.

If he was really as awful as they say he is then warmongering should have been a must with Trump. And yet he's been very consistent since first running to be President to the present day that he wants to avoid it at all costs, if at all possible.

For someone painted out to be the devil incarnate it just doesn't add up, no matter how hard they still try to push the narrative he's such an inherently bad person. It's the same with the tiresome racism shtick that's also wearing thin and I think it was said during the race to become President again that he gained a lot more Black and Latino votes contrary to popular belief he's this totally unlikeable racist.

For sure Trump can be a tosser on many levels and doesn't help his cause at times but the more we observe him you'll see he's just a very passionate patriot who means well and gives a shit about his country and for those around the world where the killing and suffering is at a minimum. 'Orange man bad' he just isn't, just a rude mouthy cսnt instead, which can also be amusing. I think the history books will be a lot kinder to his time in Presidency than how he's been perceived down the years.

Thanks for clearing that up.

That neatly wraps up the 2024 PotUS election whereby the narrow majority were terrified and the narrow minority are stupid.
Why do you do this with every election result (you don't like)?

Everyone knew the rules before it all started.
I wonder if Mr Comma is like this with his family if he doesn't get the little yo-yo from the Christmas cracker. You'd never hear the end of it.

Nice to have someone in charge that Puts his citizens first.

The more illegals deported the more available housing which means lower rent and lower home prices, which is a good thing.

The cost on Medicare and Medicaid will also plummet too saving the tax payers Billions.

Crime rate has plummeted as has the murder rate, who would have thought?

Inflation is at a 4 year low, Almost at the Feds target rate. It’s been a long time coming but Trump did it in a couple of months. Perhaps securing the border was a much bigger issue than the Dems let on about.

Also nice to have a President whose only answer is to bomb the shit out of everyone. I prefer peace.

Its also nice to be able to speak freely about Gov’t officials and Gov’t policy without having the Gestapo knocking on your door to throw you in Jail for speaking the truth.

All in all I’m very happy of where we are in such a short period of time.

We finally have a President with the minerals to tackle the hard issues and do what’s right for his own country.

Once his Big Beautiful bill passes the economy will sky rocket.

Pretty impressive to achieve what he has especially when you consider he has had no help from the Fed. In fact Powell rhetoric has been more of a headwind, just like the junior court justices, yet he is still getting it done.

It to mention all the Mainstream media propaganda hurled against him, two assasination attempts, constant lawfare etc/
What a legend!

Correction: Also nice NOT to have a president whose only answer is to bomb the shit out of everyone.

And

Not to mention all the mainstream media propaganda.

Trumps got NATO to spend 5% of GDP on defence and security.

It keeps the war machine (and my pension) going strong.
