"What a miserable old bitter twat you are. "

Haha, you are so incredibly dense Swiss. Your bitterness over Brexit alone far outweighs any ire i may have displayed over the years.

Try not to stalk to many young girls over the weekend,it really is a desperate look for a 'man' in his 50's.

Not the same without Keith, although I'll give it a watch.
Looking at the line up, it's a bit lacking in the late night slot. They usually have something banging like a bit of Orbital, Underworld that kind of thing. That's when I wish I was there and 35 years younger 😔

I'd rather gnaw my own arm off than watch or listen to that overrated whiner... isn't that ironic?

(none of that crowd from the 90s would go anywhere near it) . Well yeah as they are 30 years older.
People of all ages go these days, take their kids with them. But I get your point. What I should really have said is none of the youngsters with the social backgrounds of that crowd from the 90s would go anywhere near it these days. Arguably price is factor in that.

It's more of a political event than a music festival, expect to see the Palestine flag and the Pride flag being flown.

This is true. Supposed to be counter cultural, but has become regime friendly now.

I have never been to be fair, but in the 90s a lot of mates used to go. That was back in the days that jumping over the fence was still an option. It's a very different crowd that goes now (none of that crowd from the 90s would go anywhere near it) and politics casts a big shadow over the event. Watch the footage from 90s events and compare to what you see in more recent ones and you can see political messaging in everything from flags to speeches to the chants from the audiences.

Might still watch some of it though.

Perfect event for people to prove (PROVE) beyond doubt, to all reasonable persons, that they're 20/30/40 years younger than they actually are.

Went about 20 years ago but not really into camping & seeing bands in fields (or even football stadiums)
To each their own & it’s obviously a money maker with 200,000 paying £300+ (is that right?) for that little beardy fellow
Or more likely his daughter now that he has switched his shares to avoid inheritance tax
It does seem to wind people up though
Usually watch bits & pieces on tv hosted by seemingly every BBC staff member bar Jimmy Saville & Huw Edwards.
Can switch over or off at any point & be in bed in 2mins while avoiding shitting in a hole
Not heard any of the line up as being someone I’m desperate to see.

Full of look at me instagram and tiktok wankers who go just to say they've been and for the photo ops. Highlighted by the way they sell tickets before announcing the line up.

Oh, and the BBC go on about it every fucking year like it's Woodstock.

Reading was always a lot better IMO when I bothered going to festivals and you'd actually go because there were bands you knew you wanted to see.
