I didn't see much of this years Glastonbury on the box but did see Chic and The Prodigy enjoyed both.
Over the years there have been some good acts televised some I thought I would not like you get to see some good musicians and that can change your mind.

I didn't say I don't like rock music. I said I don't like heavy metal of the Iron Maiden, Def Leppard etc genre.

Joly's a poor man's Kayvan Novak when it comes to hilarious prank comedy. 

Think Joly was doing it a full five to ten years before Novak. In fact Novak probably owes his early career to Trigger Happy TV but has proven himself a proper comedy actor since (Razz Prince in Phoneshop was my favourite) whereas Joly seems to be a professional nuisance/Twitter helmet/talking head on channel five Sunday night trash TV lists.

Really not sure what the point of criticising the lineup for Glastonbury is?

It sells out long before anyone knows who is playing. I am reliably informed that the vast majority of punters go there now purely because they like the event. Many will choose a handful of acts to see out of the hundreds and hundreds there but some hardly see any. A few of the people my son was there with saw Biffy and that was it!

Seems to me that the music is really secondary to the event itself. It's a bit of an outlier in this respect.

Possibly the stupidest thing ever written. This is like saying you can't criticise West ham because we sell out. It must mean we're fucking brilliant then. I didn't realise it worked like that. Things you fuckin learn on here.
