If not now then certainly when he sells up- and greatly so, unless he does manage to drag us down to the championship.
Problem with selling up is no serious buyer will give him want he wants for the club as he doesn't own the ground and no guarantee that a new owner can come in and either continue paying the lease whilst a new football stadium is built or can negotiate buying the hotpoint and turning it in to a proper football ground.

Well yeah, if you don't go to games and don't do anything but vent on a forum then you're not playing into his hands because you just don't matter to him at all.
All I'm saying is that if people who set up petitions or other forms of active protest were to focus on trying to get him to stand down from his active role as chairman/CEO rather than sell up altogether then they're much, much more likely to actually achieve something. And that won't be done by just throwing as much shit at him as possible and hoping some of it sticks. It has to be about his competence at running the business. Nothing else.

So why isn't a protest being organized for the 1st home game and then every game there after?
Enough is enough.

Re: Sullivan out!
..."Where has the money gone?"...
Anybody who has been paying attention since Sullivan took over is aware that he always (ALWAYS) borrows against potential future income to fund today's ongoing business expenses.
He could get away with this while TV money and, to a much lesser extent, match-day footfall was growing.
However, being "maxed out" against all our debtors and the economy not growing as expected, he now can't just re-finance the loans; no guarantee of PL football after next season (100% down to him), which means no guarantee of TV money and no guarantee of tourists coming to the London Stadium to "see the stars of the PL in action"/buy lovely, lovely half-and-half scarves, over-priced burgers & bland-flavour popcorn.
None of this is surprising, even for a layman, so a "successful businessman" would have already mitigated for such a possibility - especially after COVID and the ongoing war in The Ukraine.
We, once again, had the chance to push on after a relative success. Maybe we couldn't actually afford to as, back even then, our borrowing accounts were already maxed out by Sullivan's business management acumen. Nobody except "payday lenders" would touch us, and even they were reluctant.
And this is not the first time loan/cash-flow issues with the club have raised their ugly head - even on this site.
It could be argued that in continuously running a professional football club in such a way it clearly marks him out as not "a fit and proper person" to hold such a position.

Re: Sullivan out!
Starting to agree with others now. It really looks like the only proper way to resolve this mess is for Sullivan to die. I don't care how that makes me look. I wouldn't cheer at the news but, by god, I'd be relieved so we can move on from this blood sucking little toxic ponce.

Re: Sullivan out!
Maverick, what you don't get is that people like you play into his hands. It's so easy for him to laugh off unproved allegations and hate filled invective. If everyone focused on the most pressing issue - his incompetence as a chief executive - then he might have to take a back seat, which is the only thing that would help the club in the short term. He won't sell up just because people post up some rumours or opinions about him on a forum. He's probably more likely to want to sell if he's not so involved in the running of the club.

To write off the idea that he makes dodgy money out of West Ham is massively sticking up for him
he’s a seedy, grubby little cսnt with some serious allegations made about his conduct in the porn world, the very idea that he’s some sort of straight as a die character is what’s more than likely nonsense
I despise the bloke and I wish him every possible harm that could befall him, and I’m not gonna be told by someone to stop wasting my time hating him because that’s not possible, he’s going out of his way to destroy something that I love
there will never come a time when I don’t hate the bloke

Apart from the interest on the loans he and Gold made to the club I doubt he's taken much at all. As with his real estate business he knows that the money comes when you sell up and he doesn't need to sell until he gets a great offer. He's not going to sell up on the cheap just because some numpties start up a petition.
NOBODY is going to force him out of his shares in the club except by stumping up heaps of cash. What might be possible, and is actually vital for the club, is that he is forced out of his hands on role in the running of the club. He needs to hand over the reins to an experienced director of football (not an ambitious head scout like Steidten, who was given no power anyway). Long term decisions about who to hire as manager and which players to buy should not be in the hands of someone who has proven himself utterly incompetent time and time again.
So slag him off as much as you want, but focus on the things that matter and that might be achievable, not a load of pointless hate mongering and wishful thinking that a sugar daddy is going to come along and make everything all right.
Trust a Star Trek nerd to stick up for Sullivan
Re: Sullivan out!
Very few fanbases turn up in their numbers the way we do even when we get treated to this nonsense so often. Can only think of the geordies during Mike Ashley era but they're a one club city. The place is going to be seriously toxic if we get off to a bad start but looking at the fixtures, it's hard to see us picking up many points. We've had so many opportunities to kick on and the mismanagement/shit show transfer windows has us looking at the likes of Brighton, Bournemouth, Brentford and Forest thinking how far ahead of us they are. Need to seriously get this cretin out of our club before it's too late

So where is the money? Why are we skint?
This board are an absolute disgrace, wrecking the club with deceit and dishonesty. They are World class arseholes.
I suspect the money is in Sullivan’s back pocket through dodgy backhanders from his favourite agents

Re: Sullivan out!
Supporting West Ham through this wankers tenure is a lot like being a battered wife
Friends and family telling you that if you hate it that much and it gets you so down just leave, but you can’t.
But I’ve well and truly had enough of Sullivan and just like Little Mo did 20 odd years ago in Eastenders you just wish someone would cave the cunts head in with an iron

How much more can fans take?
First match of the season should be a massive board out protest.
First match of the season should be a massive board out protest.
Re: Sullivan out!
Yep, sad to see things shaping up as predicted with any transfers happening in the last 2 weeks , late August. Easy to foresee with early Sullivan measaging about “sell before we can buy”, being skint, PSR etc then modfied to cash flow issues when PSR clas were shown to be a lie.
Sullivan now back negotiating with low or derisory bids, changing terms last minute, reluctant to work with agents not in his “friend circle”. We will miss Macaulay and Potters promary and secondary targets. No room for madcap ideas like young players. We need older experienced Prem players who once were good or played for a big / bling team.
So I can see him having to “save the day” via Salthouse, Silkman, Mackay as usual. If these work out he will claim he is better than DOFs ( AWB ) but when they dont ( most of Sullivan driven picks ) the likes of Macaulay, Potter will be the problem.

Avoiding relegation, now a shared ambition for Sullivan and fans alike. He’s won. Not enough “old school” fans left to make it uncomfortable. The sanitation of the fan base complete and started with the move from UP.
Half and half scarves in the Championship and overpriced piss weak beer and sell put games at the corporate souless bowl will be a hard sell

Re: Sullivan out!
Is he though? Surely he’s not going to sell us as a championship club if we get relegated given how much money it would be leaving in the table. If anything it just means more years while he tries to use more of the clubs money just to get us back to where we were a couple of years ago.
