Summer Transfer Window 2025 | Official Thread

Post stubbo-admin »

May as well get going with this since with Sullivan at the helm, season ticket renewals slow, and the football vacuum to commence, this will soon be all the "news" there is.

Can Potter and MacCauley pull multiple rabbits out of the hat, or will Sullivan 'try really hard' with all of them before grabbing a few aging bargains from Big Willie Salthouse?

As usual it won't be until August that our owner yanks down on the one armed bandit to see what detritus if any falls into the tray at the bottom...

It's been pre-programmed by the same old tired agent contacts to guarantee the same old tired result each time.

Presuming we get half a dozen signings it will be a case of one being very good if we're lucky, two steady eddies, bang average and the other 3 will be non-refundable tokens which have finally been moved off their representative's spreadsheet.

Elliot is a better player than McAtee
C Cresswell looks a likely prospect especially if we can get Mavropanos out to Roma
Diouf the wing back with Emerson out
A couple of these central midfielders with working legs … Ondeyika? Rio’s?

It’s July 11, get your fucking fingers out before we go on the fitness camp & then America
Hopefully there Sullivan is arrested as a Russian spy & has his internal organs removed at Guantanamo

Is that story of Spurs wanting Wharton of Palace true?
Good player & if he & Eze leave Palace will be sinking as well as being kicked out of the Europa
Wouldnt say no to Glasner if he is suitably pissed off
On this. Yes we obviously didn't want HENDO and rightly so- well actually who knows if SUllivan had a little stiffy at the idea of it... BUT, Brentford lose Norgaard but at least bring in a replacement right away. Just like Forest making quick moves to sign replacements for players they've lost

While we're sitting around doing fucking nothing. Kudus has gone, no sniff of anyone being lined up to come in after selling the player we were told was the only block to us signing people.

And Wharton to Spurs, well, say what you like about that scum club and their cսnt chairman, but he's acted decisively on a shit season and is actively bolstering their squad with good, young players after grabbing a decent manager. (and not having to sell anyone) If people think Levy is a bad chairman, then fuck knows how they'd cope with our tightwad fuckwit.

twofeet is a certified idiot.

I don't seen the fascination with McAtee.  Not for £40m City want for him.  He was fairly anonymous at the U21 tournament.

Who are we signing today? Let’s keep this thread to transfers.

McAtee and Elliott plus Cresswell.

A man can dream.
He only joined Spurs within the last 24 hours, of course it's going to be big news and the main talking point on a transfer thread.

Now ask yourself why both of these points are true if he's a once in a generation talent AND he's the complete professional, an example to us all?
Eh? Who on here or anywhere else has said either one of those things? Or anything even approaching that? Why has everything got to be this black or white, one extreme or the other bullshit?

I fucking hope this deal turns out like Diangana. I doubt it will though. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

crPaqueta next out the door. C & H have had their strings pulled again.

That's the one thing Claret and Booze have called right, the board plants everywhere, especially KUMB.

There's a reason we wanted rid and no-one but those cunts bid.

Diangana-esque this deal will look in a few years.

Sullivan's still a cսnt who needs to be flayed and dunked in salt water though.

No one is arguing that Parker was a better servant to the club. That was one of the several pretty valid reasons you used to EXCUSE him joining Spurs, along with us being relegated and for the sake of his international ambitions. Even if they're justified, they're still EXCUSES. Get it?
But Kudus not liking playing left wing is a justified excuse for joining Spurs? Because he’s so ambitious. Righto mate.

People shouldn’t complain about how sterile the London Stadium has made us when they make excuses for wankers who leave for Spurs.
Says the bloke who an hour ago was making excuses for Scott Parker leaving for Spurs.

You have to laugh.
Did I? Just said he did more for our club than Kudus when he just about carried us for three season during a period far, far darker than we’re in now.

You don’t think that’s true?

You have to laugh.

There's a bunch of ways to handle frustration and disappointment, one of which is lamping your boss and larping your favourite Royal Rumble moments against Spurs, personality I'd handle frustration and disappointment differently but i'm not a massive festering cսnt.
