The last two times that Newcastle won a trophy, we signed strikers Vic Keeble and Pop Robson, so Callum Wilson it is then.

I think that it's still possible to find the odd caravan dotted around the lower lea valley to accommodate him.

I'm told that the Euro Lottery is 85 million this week and that Sullivan has gone in balls-deep hoping to win and fund a decent striker.

Who told me that? A gentleman never reveals...

We'll end up with one of these two.

On the basis we have VERY limited funds seemingly, the players you list all look out of reach.

Potter likes a mobile striker who works hard. Welbeck, Maupay etc.

Mohamed Amoura looks to fit the bill after about 5 mins of research.

Maybe Zirkzee at Man Utd. Sure they'd like to get shot, he works hard, and is only 24, plus could do without being at the graveyard that is Old Trafford.

The player Id really like is Darwin Nunez from Liverpool who I think would be perfect for us...but with what's happened to Diogo Jota (RIP) Nunez probably becomes an important squad member again.
