II Lento E Largo - Tranquillissimo - David Zinman & The London Sinfonietta with Dawn Upshaw
I find the whole album a wonderful mind freshener; I simply switch off/move to auto-pilot while listening to it.
It first came to my attention when I was studying the 4th year of my OU degree and I'd often go into listening to the piece with a problem and come out with a solution, but have no idea how I got there; no drugs, no drink, nothing except a big cup of tea.
I'd then have to reverse engineer & write out my solution to match the problem - bit of Pink Floyd, or even Led Zep often helped there.

Again, I'm sure he would have been delighted to have been offered work with them at that time, as I'm sure he would have been with any other girlband that you can recall of that era.
Not sure that listening to it was ever a part of the attraction though.

No Other Love by Ronnie Hylton
Yet another great song from the phenominal Rodgers and Hamerstein. This was No 1 in UK and also in the US by Perry Como (whom you may have heard of through rhyming slang)

I'm sure he wouldn't have turned down the opportunity to work with them too if offered.

Friend of mine was engineering for Eternal back in the 90s.
Never known him to be as completely and totally besotted as he was with Louise Nurding. Apparently was as nice as she was pretty.
I don't think he's ever been the same...
