"For new year realistically a left back and striker, so many need to leave at the end of the season, will be interesting with a new manager and staff."

I’d like a defence and a striker.

"Guirassy looks like a no brainer really. Can hold the ball up as well as bang it in the net. He never made a big splash until this season, but apparently Brighton were looking at him a few years back as someone who would improve a lot, and Lothar Mattheus suggested Bayern Munich buy him instead of Kane, so some saw this coming. Apparently he just turned down a new contract recently so you'd expect a few clubs to try to activate the £15m release clause."

"Serhou Guirassy has been banging in the goals for Stuttgart. He has a £17m release clause which is fuck all these days. We face competition from Man Utd and Spurs, but may also decide to stay and help his team qualify for the Champions League. Hopefully our Tim can work his magic and charm."

"Sell Benrahma, Cresswell, Johnson, and Antonio if any takers. Do what we can to see the departure of Ings. We need signings at both full backs and a striker...plus arguably cover at DM. Be interesting to see what a difference there is in this window having had a guy like a Steidten around to do the prep."

We’ve needed a centre forward since forever so i won’t be holding my breath. Moyes was bleating about how everyone wants a number 9 at the moment. Zirkzee at Bologna is in fantastic form and is only 22.

"Not a fan off the January window, would be happy to see it scrapped. Being in the last 16 of the EL 'should' give us an extra incentive to bring at least one first teamer, just one top player can make a big difference as we have seen with Kudus. Generally, fancy this window might be more about offloading, or at least trying to, some of our dross."

"Kehrer to Villa is rumoured. Get shot of Ings, Cresser, and Johnson, as you say. Fornals' form has dropped, so thanks but goodbye. If Moyes isn't getting a new contract I'd keep Cornet. On the fence with Benrahma. Ins, a STRIKER and a speedy right back."
