Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"dolph 1:58 Sat Jan 13 ''Couple articles linking us to Gimenez at Feyenoord. Looks a player. 22 years old. Mexico national, so obviously Alvarez can help settle him in quicker'' Aww, I'm sure he will bring his mum too. Does look a player though, but is he likely to be rocking up in the next fortnight? Nope."
Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"So, 4 or 5 out and just Lombard in on the last day it is then. I know Guirassy picked up knock in training pre-AFCON but his release clause of 15m runs out in two days. I thought Steiden would be all over it, but Moyes probably said no."

"We've bought some decent players in during the January transfer window recently. Bowen, Soucek and LOMBARD on loan, all came to the club in January."

Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"Sydney - I'm surprised with your vast knowledge of the world game that there are players that you haven't heard of. Trying to keep track is a pointless exercise anyway as 99% of it is bollocks, might as well just wait until we submit official bids before taking a keen interest. I won't go all doom and gloom, yet, as the last window was good, plus we have the genius that is Tim, so either he will do the business or it will all be Moyes or Sullivan's fault as usual. Apart from Spurs has anyone done anything? Never liked the Jan window myself, Fergie or Wenger rarely used it. Get your shit done in the summer."

Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"I thought the panicking kicked in at midnight NYE? Apparently, we are going to drop like a stone the second half of the season........Maybe better not to get the new signings (if we get any?) in too early as Moyes will only flog them to death.......... On a more serious note, every time i open up Youtube the West Ham channels have a completely new set of players we are about to sign????? I have honestly lost track of who is realistic and who is just pie in the sky, then we have the players that i have never heard of!!!!"

Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"Russ, my Romanian friend tells me that Radu bloke is the best Romanian player since Hagi and that everyone in Romania has been talking about him for ages. He's seen as a superstar there. Also supposed to be a super intelligent bloke so hopefully decides Spurs is waste of time."
Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"As said earlier, the best bit of transfer news this week is Dier to Bayern, can see Moyes really munching on his cornflakes at how he missed out."

"You would think that the injuries we have may have changed our targets, maybe. It appears that Bergwin and Clarke at Sunderland seem to have some legs, and Moyes likes Kilman, but that won't happen this month. All seems very much up in the air now with the clock ticking, and who, if anyone, goes out is also likely to be a factor."

Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"Fauxstralian 10:29 Fri Jan 12 Indeed. Excellent business by the long noses. Son at AFCON and they've bought Werner. Yes, people can argue that Werner is not as good quality and he's failed in the PL. But when you look at the way Spurs play he will get a ton of chances so even if they use him mainly for Son's absence its good business. And Radu Dragasin is a beast. He will be a superb player. Spurs have got him for £21m and that's a steal."
Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"Lining up with Mubama as our lone forward, Fornals on the left and Benny on the right should focus a few minds if we lose the cup tie replay which looks a real possibility now. Pace and strength along with technique is hat all footballers need nowadays especially in the Premiership: Moyes has never seemed to go for those qualities. So many slow players, big lumps or small lightweight types but as long as they will do the defensive covering and run about a lot even if they can’t get near the ball. Being able to control and pass accurately is a bonus if he gets one of those? A team of CBs might be his dream ? Like himself ? The ultimate in narcissism ? :”;-). “We all dream of a team of Gary Breens ( or should i say David Moyes ) 2 weeks to do any business ? Who’s hopeful of getting anyone of quality ?"

"Early retirement Manuel, spend far too long on the internet looking at pointless shit, WHO being one example!!! People seem to forget sites like WHO, we are nearly all anonymous to each other, i could be a 4-foot dwarf with a wart on my nose and a 12-inch cock, no one would be any the wiser, it's really just meaningless banter and rantings sometimes, but some feathers do seem to get ruffled...."

"""The diary thing was in response to you seeming to know my thoughts on Bilic and Pellegrini and had a QUESTION MARK, But was a bit creepy as well......Oddball stuff TBH!"" no, what's oddball stuff is being so fucking narcissistic that you thought I was talking about you. I was responding to your bollocks about a new manager only getting a month before threads would be started about him. I (ME) constantly defended Bilic & Pellegrini"

Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"Getting tired of all the Aguerd rumours and speculation. I dont know whether his family is unsettled or he has been tapped up or what goes on away from the pitch but he has always seemed liked by his team mates and from what I've seen has always put in a shift. I'd rather we didnt get rid of him as he has shown he has great recovery pace, is a decent tackler, can pass and can grab the odd goal. Replacing isnt going to be so easy."
