One for me would be Carlos Coboran at Valencia.  Was rated at WBA and turned Valencia around impressively last season. 

He would certainly be on my radar.

Sullivan is not a majority shareholder any more. He may be the major shareholder but that is not the same thing at all. Kretinsky & Gold could oust Sullivan from his role as CEO/DoF whenever they want, as together they own 52% of the club. They all share the blame if they let things go to shit, even if Sullivan is the main cause of it.
