"billijennings, dont get so precious because you obviously got caught up with their bollocks , plenty did. Luckily theres quite a lot that understand what this lot are all about as well. Even that great window as you claim wasnt as great as you believed but again obviously you got caught up with that as well. It was another window where we didnt get a striker and another window where we didnt get cover for left back or right back. You obviously got excited because we bought some decent players but even then plenty could see it wasnt about the players we bought , it was about the gaping holes left in our squad and nothings changed this window. You bought into their bollocks, fine , you got taken for a cսnt like plenty of others . But dont get the hump with those that didnt."

"Chelmsfordhammer ""You people will never learn"" whi the fuck are you some sooth saying know it all cսnt... where did you predict this. Yes this has been the way most of our windows have panned out especially the January ones, but Id say most of us bought into the fact that the club have invested in a DOF and started to act like a professional club his last window was pretty much the best business weve done... Fuck off"
Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
Seems a mess. We have a stubborn manager in moyes whose contract is running down. A DoF ooking to find prospects for the future when the future is uncertain. And a twat chairman who makes it up as he goes.
Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
You got your razzle dazzle with Phillips. What more do you want?? Ungrateful bastards……
Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"Useless fucking cunts, when's Lingard being panic signed? Summer wouldn't surprise me if Steidten, Paqueta and Kudus all go. Another three years of Moyes locked in. Fuck this club."

Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"Juist saw the Moyes pre match interview, when asked about Benrahma, he said there is no deal with Lyon! So sounds like he isnt off, Fornals as well, no comment on that just that he and Benny are with the squad, Benny obviously not available."

Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"The strangest thing about this window is that people seem genuinely surprised by the clusterfuck we ve made of it. We knew months ago what positions we needed reinforcements in. As per normal its clear we didn’t do our homework on any potential signings and now with a shortage of players in certain positions its highly likely we re going to end the window with even less players. And people wonder why steiten could potentially be leaving us for Liverpool. You people never learn , youve been taken for mugs again and yet again we ll fall short because of a lack of activity in the winter window. Im waiting for all you to get the hump when our manager doesn’t drop souchek for philips and instead we see alvarez sitting on the bench. Unthinkable- it should be but not with our current manager."

Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
It's as threesixty says cheap journalism . The media begrudge us any decent players whatsoever. And in Sullivan like uncle Terry they guarantee you one thing no ambition whatsoever. Chelsea were a giant getting 26 000 in a 40 000 stadium. Were getting 62 000 week in week out . Yet were somehow a small club. It's such laughable nonsense Hollywood could make a film on it .

"threesixty 8:18 Wed Jan 31 ""Why would Tim just leave his job and go and work in Liverpool?"" Are you seriously asking that?"
Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"Steidten left his last job because his boss got promoted and he didn't (so his boss effectively held the 2 senior posts and made all the major decisions). I'm sure that autonomy is a big thing for him, but is he getting that here? From the sounds of it Sullivan and his agent cronies are still getting involved in things that should probably be left to Tim, and how problematic is Moyes to whatever his transfer plans are?"

Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
Why would Tim just leave his job and go and work in Liverpool? London is one of the top cities in the world. Then you have the fact that Liverpool is even more pressure than here and expect titles whilst spending nothing like their rivals. Seems a very hard job. I’m sure Sullivan would pay him more than Liverpool and he’ll get more autonomy than being at Liverpool. It’s a job after all. You don’t just leave a long term position like that. He’s just got in a technical guy on transfers. That’s a big fuck u to him as well if he’s gonna just go. I think it’s all overblown cheap journalism.
Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"Just read the Steidten post Sir Alf referred to. moyes and Steidten disagree over transfer targets and whilst the puny useless sod sullivan is around stuff Steidten the guy he brought in to change transfer activity around. So signs are liverpool likely to move for Steidten, great move for him where he will actually be listened too. It has never been clearer to me the Hammers are going nowhere whilst the useless garbage that is sullivan and moyes are around."
Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
RootsRadical 5:24 Wed Jan 31 They may be no movement in or out but its been well reported that the Benrahma and Fornals deals are close and i also highly doubt the club will decide to write off the last day of the transfer window because we have a home game tomorrow night. Last time i checked Steidten and Sullivan weren't part of the playing squad so can still work on transfers

"There is ZERO chance of all three of Benny, Fornals, Cornet leaving and nobody coming in. That said, if two of them went I think we'd be alright, but not all three. Suspect it will end up with 2 out and 1 in."

"twoleftfeet 5:54 Wed Jan 31 ""No one is buying players"" You might want to get the Premier League amend their website then. Quite a few ""Transfers In"". https://www.premierleague.com/transfers"
Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"With Steidten soon off to Liverpool we can reflect, once again, on what might have been had he been properly supported / backed by his CEO and the clubs owner Sullivan? Once we heard that Silkman was advising Sully not to risk 15 million or so on Osman, a young raw Ghanian from the same academy as Kudus, but go instead for an expensive loan on a player who was a hit in Scotland before going to Saudi for the money, it started to suggest that Steidten was never going to get the autonomy required to do his job. Sullivan ultimately could not give up his trusted agent model for recruitment? Steidten also having to fight Moyes on type of players with Moyes finding it hard to be just a coach? If he goes to Liverpool it might not be a surprise."
Re: Official Transfer rumours and gossip thread
"Personally I will have no problem with selling both Benrahma and Fornals, even if we don't get Jota over the line. Both of them have absolutely stunk the place out when they have played this season. Paqueta and Antonio are both almost back and I will be very surprised if Cornet is going anywhere. We'll be fine."
