As soon as that old chestnut is trotted out, the argument is lost. It's the last desperate, dying embers of a party who used to stand for something proper, and sadly are now just globalist sausages.
Ssh, watching these hapless cunts not only create their own enemies but also hand them victory after victory whilst being baffled by the cause of their defeat is such great viewing.
It's as wildly amusing as it is baffling.
Even me, a wide-boy, born on the wrong side of the tracks that pass through Romford (if that is even possible) can see where this is all leading, so why can't (or, more likely won't) those in politics proper also see it?
The only possible conclusion is that the political traditionalists (and their media puppies) have had a secret pow-wow and are determined to lead Farage & Reform UK into government in order to watch him and his party crash & burn trying to fix things, after which their "proper" politics can resume.
Would have worked when the only political media outlet was the BBC, but not today.

I don’t think Starmer could have played this any worse. Instead of offering a viable alternative solution he just branded reform dangerous & racist.
people in his own voting base wanted Brexit & want immigration fixed. They won’t respond well to his rhetoric.

"if Reform learn anything from Trump its to have a whirlwind of policy announcements constantly twisting and turning so opposition cant keep up."
That was a Steve Bannen tactic - Flooding the zone with shit is the name.
It leaves a trail of organisational chaos behind it, see the tariff hokey-cokey as an example, because the administration cannot keep up either.

Labour are and always will be ideological at heart. This means they cant respond to the actual desires and fears of their historic supporters/voters who’s number one priority is to reverse immigration in all its various guises.
Reforms are responding to the core requests and communicating them on Tik Tok. This is completely bypassing normal and historic communication channels.

the barrier to Reform succeeding is the left classes in the civil service, unions and any corporations looking for government money but not receiving it.
Reform should win the next election but making anything work will be hard. My feeling is making local government work might be a good start.
I'd agree with all of that except that I feel a win at the next election is a win too early for Reform.
It seriously needs the fuckwits currently in charge to steam through parliament all their dogshit - or ideological, as you more diplomatically phrase it - policies.
That'll put the fan into full-on RB211 mode before the shit hits it and covers every single taxpayer in the country (with a big, fuck-off bill they, even the rabid left, never voted for).

The fear runs so deep they've even recuited professional fuckwit Ed Davey and his unhinged clown posse to mirror the attacks on Farage and parrot the sardonic patriotism they're peddling because they know they'll need a coalition to form an opposition.

If Farage announced a policy on eating dead babies, the next day we'd see one of those cunts like Cooper or Nandy with a foot sticking out of their mouths

Re: The Official Politics Thread (enter at your own risk)
Meanwhile, back in the Batshit Cave, Starmer enthusiastically acknowledges how badly he and his party have read the room regarding to what the people/voters want for their own country.
If Farage has any sense, he'll start publishing costings alongside all/any of his policy proposals.
Sure it will scare a few potential voters off, but it will force the traditional political movers & shakers to do similar or face accusations of them either not knowing or having something to hide...
...but, in reality, Farage doesn't really need to do anything more - the traditional political parties are all doing it for him.
P.S. Can we get a donkey icon to represent those who are "leading" us?
