Re: Nuno Out
Under this ownership, Gary, we will always be in a state of the unknown, we could go down this season, or stay up and finish 6th next season. They are the real problem, but it just gets boring to keep talking about it, because ultimately, regardless of the protests, they aren't going anywhere.
I think we've got a manager who can get us to finish top half over the next few seasons. I actually think he could get us to play some entertaining stuff, especially at home, playing high energy fast paced football. I'll be happy with that for now, I just want to enjoy some part of it again.
It won't change the overall picture though. Because of the stadium, we need mega money oil baron types to take us over, to sort it out one way or another, and to get in highly paid football people to run that side of things. That's just where we're at.

Re: Nuno Out
If we lose to Brentford the honeymoon period if that's what it is will be over.
We are in a precarious situation even at this early stage of the season and the warnings have been there for all to see in the past two seasons but despite changes of personnel all have failed to arrest the slide.
Are we in terminal decline ?
What is the solution ?

Re: Nuno Out
If it remains so and hasn't improved to 33.33% after the Brentford game, then that will be concerning.

Didn’t say I was going to watch the match did I.
But the likelihood of someone being at a boycotted match isn't high whether you'll be there or not... (which you won't)

coach has had 7 days with a squad which has been consistently shit for over a year and people expect him to go to the best team in the league and boss the game.
and because he didn’t they are demanding a public apology.
fucking mental.
football isn’t for everyone I guess.

Re: Nuno Out
Not sure what people want
he’s tossed the worst player out the squad, he’s giving the youth players a chance
we’ve got a shit squad because of the Sullivan, Steidten, Lopetegui and Potter combo
the central defence and striker situations weren’t addressed, and on top of that, the majority of these players have had 9 months of coaching by Potter, that’s a fucking traumatic experience that’s gonna take time for them to remember how to play football the proper way
