Probably the only over age migrant that people mention is Michael Neser. He has never played a Test match
Kepler Wessels played for Australia post WSC when S Africa were banned from Test cricket and then was allowed to play for SA when they were allowed back
How many actual Australians in the squad, apart from Boland?

Believe that’s the drinking age & age of consent in NZ (presumably lower for sheep)
So Josh Inglis, definitely isn't Australian then? Moved down under when he was 14.

"Understand Labuschagne’s family moved to Australia when he was 10."
So that makes him Australian, yet Stokes moving to England, when he was 12, makes him a Kiwi in your eyes?

I guess the Tommy Robinson fans would have them deported… that said Labuschagne is white so maybe not
Understand both sets of parents flew them to Pakistan & SA for Saturday morning cricket but it got to be a bit too expensive
Good to see Labuschagne has gone away and worked on his game to see if he can iron out the flaws he has developed
Will see how the 4 rounds of Sheffield Shield cricket go over the next few weeks but may come up with a top seven of Khawaja Labuschagne Smith Green Head Webster & Carey
I never knew all that about the two of them, Sven, but thanks for the history lesson. Interesting.
With the SKIPPER looking like being injured for the first Test, at least the only actual genuine Australian in the squad, Boland, might get a shot?

You haven't mentioned the Royal Family this morning, I don't think, Sven.

Is it true that if Trump doesn’t win the (Mark) Noble Peace Prize he will impose more tariffs on Norway
?
Good news on the Gaza ceasefire
First step which will need the following to become PEACE
Release of the hostages
Stopping the bombing
Allow aid into Gaza
Removal of Hamas
Implementation of a non Hamas government
Recognition of Palestine by Israel as part of a two state solution
A LONG way from all that

Comma, its good to see you finally embracing democracy. I remember you seemed to hate it after the Brexit referendum.

As long as they lose in the semi final or final unless a West Ham player is playing
I wanted Declan Rice to win the 2021 Euros but the idiot Southgate took him off for the average Henderson
If he’d played Bowen instead of Saka England may have beaten Spain last year.
Cricket? I want Australia to crush the England team with the Kiwi coach & Captain of course. Beating England AND NZ … lovely
The Aussie LABUSCHAGNE to open with the Aussie KHAWAJA you reckon, cobber?

Was just wondering because you're always massively interested in the England football team, I just can't remember fully, but I think that was the gist of it.
I thought he supports Hamas

Congratulations to Gary Neville
His well considered intervention has brought a ceasefire in Gaza
I see Tuchel noticed the quiet Wembley crowd last night
Tens of thousands sitting silently seething with all the angry white men with their St George’s Cross
on display

The lefty's will soon re group and demand that the 'genocide' ( do fuck off) re commences. It just wont do to have nothing else to blame those ghastly Israelis for.

Re: The Official Politics Thread (enter at your own risk)
Israel and Hamas have both approved the peace deal. Hostages should be released on Monday. US is sending troops to Israel to monitor the ceasefire.
Personally, i don't think it will hold and perhaps Hamas are using it to regroup and re organise whilst the IDF isn't hunting them down, hopefully at least the hostages get released before the killing resumes.
Amazing though seeing all the unwashed lefty protesters not happy either, they will need to find another cause to support if this peace deal succeeds! Back to climate change or Animal rights perhaps
I think the Houthis also seem confused as they've lost their excuse to shoot rockets at passing ships.
