In the pre Internet days I'd treat the NME and Melody Maker like my bibles.
I bought that album on the strength of a review and couldn't stop playing it. Something welcoming in the desperation in Eitzels voice on some tracks.

Bill, I love that album. One of my favourite tracks of theirs was a throw away they put on a charity album
