Football Super league rumours yet again !!
"Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur all agree to plan. Five English clubs are among 11 European teams who have signed up to a breakaway Super League in an extraordinary development on the eve of Uefa's announcement of a new Champions League format. https://www.nytimes.com/2021/04/18/sports/soccer/super-league-united-liverpool-juventus-madrid.html"

Just another part of The Great Reset - globalist tossers will not be satisfied until they have fucked up every aspect of life.
Re: Football Super league rumours yet again !!
"Will those suggesting that the Scotchers should join OUR league fucking desist That's the last thing we need, more whining Jocks having an opinion on England *Aside of the fact that my loyalty lay with Rangers, and for whom I have an affinity"

Re: Finance
"3 additional teams I expect will be Bayern, PSG and one other. Maybe Porto or someone like that. I expect Munich aren’t against it, probably just looking at a way of joining. The other 5 invited each year will almost certainly be from Far East, Middle East, India, US etc. The no European fans are vital for the financial success of the league. The announcement time last night shows they are more interested in those fans than Europe."

Re: Finance
"People seriously suggesting bringing Rangers and Celtic in? So we do to the Scottish league what we’re moaning about these 6 scabs doing? Just kick them out, accept less money from sky deal and start enjoying a competitive league again where any 1 of 15-20 teams have a chance of winning something. Give the top players a choice of playing in the super league for more money but being royally hated or playing competitive football that the fans love and getting to represent your country. If they choose super league, that’s fine, but it means they are banned from playing in the prem. that would be a huge risk for any player as as soon as the ESL team no longer wants them, their career will be over."
Re: Finance
"Which clubs have come out against the idea? Villa, Leeds? Are the rest waiting to see what they're going to be offered before making a statement?"

"For anyone who didn't hear itMonday Night Club on 5live is worth catching on iplayer. Apparently there is an eu directive that means a league cannot be set up which doesn't allow for relegation and promotion, ( if i understood correctly) with obvious implications."

"It’s Leicester and West Ham’s fault, how dare we try and break the top 6 monopoly."
Re: Football Super league rumours yet again !!
The Saudi’s would have blown all these cunts out of the water. Ashley will fill he got shafted by all and sundry. And would be more than happy to get one over the rest of the Premiership. Everton have just been given the green light on a new stadium. They need to pay for it one way or another. Leicester fanbase in south east Asia is already huge. So this is a no brainier for them. And as for us. Look no further than our ownership.
Re: Finance
This really is a shit show. The FA and the rest of the PL must stand firm. Anyone who is invited and goes forgoes PL and any other domestic Competitions. UEFA must rebuild European Football through fairness and not sell it to the highest bidder. Probably no chance of that because Money Talks.

"nychammer 10:04 Mon Apr 19 It was a hypothetical question based on the possibility that the super leaguers will suggest a 2nd tier with qualification and promotion to win people over. As Palace chairman said tonight, remember they havnt said they were leaving our league yet, they just don't like the champs league and feel they are owed more revenue themselves. If they sort qualification and promotion then really it is just champs league not run by uefa."

"Why would they invite 3 more English teams? Leicester maybe but only because of the Malaysian fan base. I think teams like Roma, Galatasaray, Valencia and Monaco."
