Then there might be an issue over the ground lease for the Hotpoint. There was a schedule set up for leagues and cups we might partake in, but this won’t have been allowed for. If we now had money I doubt any changes in the agreement would be cheap plus if we then bought the ground the price will have gone up. Then there would be the investment in the squad. Being in a Super league (no easy games) might suggest an upgrade on Dawson for example. For teams like Man City the new money is cream. For us it would be needed to sort ourselves out financially and upgrade the team. I do give you that some new buyer would almost certainly coming knocking and that has to be Sullivan’s wet dream. But then we’d also be taking the risk in a few years of being the Bangkok Hammers or something like that. So, 100 million to get rid of the debt, one hundred and fifty to upgrade the squad, new training ground, fancy dan manager, sort out the Hotpoint, and we’d still be in the bottom 3 of the new league."
