Have to agree Ludo, we will cruise through the group. Shame we probably will not have Lanzini, good player for Europe.

Just booked my Airbnb in Dublin. Fully refundable. Seems v v little hotel accommodation left or Airbnb on two nights around the final. I'm presuming it's Scousers getting in v v early.

Europa League will be near on impossible to win IMO. Liverpool will be desperate to get to the final in their heartland of Dublin.
Might be better suited dropping into the Conference and winning that again.

We are seeded in pot 1 along with Liverpool, Roma, Villarreal, Bayer Leverkusen & Atalanta so we cant get any of those in our group or Brighton.
We could get the likes of Ajax, Sporting Lisbon & Real Betis though so some nice potential trips.

Went to a Real Betis game on a visit to Seville recently and they were VERY ordinary

Do Brighton have the squad for Thurs/Sunday & expect Liverpool will play weakened teams as finishing Top 4 will be far more important

Little old West Ham have the fourth highest coefficient points in Europe over the last two seasons.
Apart from the other two English clubs this looks weaker (certainly no worse) than when we got to the semis last year.
Thankfully Frankfurt are in the ECL. The French teams look weaker as do the Spanish. Just Roma of the continental clubs (plus Ajax)... no excuse for not going deep into this again and at least we know that we will take it seriously again.
