Ignore them.
Do it yourself. With independent financial advice, if needed.
Pick your best pension fund you have (with the help of the above advisor if necessary), which accepts inward transfers.
Then approach that pension fund directly and transfer in, your other pensions.
Very simple process. must be, I managed to do it some years ago.
If you are fortunate enough, to have a final salary pension scheme somewhere, leave it where it is, is generally the best advice.
