Juventus Set Asking Price For West Ham Targeted Winger

Juventus have set a steep asking price for West Ham target Matias Soule as they seek to raise funds from player sales, amid two Premier League sides holding talks to sign him.
The 21-year-old winger had an impressive loan spell at Frosinone last season where he scored eleven times in 36 appearances.

Juventus are prepared to cash in on the young Argentinian and are prepared to move him on this summer to raise funds for new arrivals as they prepare to land Douglas Luiz and target Mason Greenwood.

West Ham are amongst the Premier League chasing Soule, though whether they are one of the two Premier League sides speaking to his agent is unclear yet.

According to Italian sports broadcaster Sportitalia, Juventus have a certain financial expectation from the sale of Soule in the upcoming transfer window.

It has been claimed that Juventus want somewhere around €40m from the winger’s departure this summer.
Selling Soule is a key part of Juventus’ strategy this summer and they want to maximise their profits from his sale.

It remains to be seen whether West Ham or any other club are prepared to meet Juventus’ asking price for the winger.

West Ham pushing for signing after offer rejected – Hammers told €4m more needed

By Naveen Ullal

On June 5th, Revista Colorada explained that West Ham United have tabled a €8m offer to sign Internacional’s Vitão.

Four days later, the same outlet stated the Hammers are set to advance talks to try to secure a deal for the centre-back.

UOL back up West Ham’s €8m bid and then provide their own information on this case.

It’s claimed the Brazilian club have rejected the Premier League side’s proposal for the 24-year-old. This comes after they turned down a €9m bid from Real Betis, as these offers didn’t meet their expectations.

Internacional’s decision to reject offers from both West Ham and the La Liga side won’t put them off as the report says they ‘are still keen on the Brazilian. This means the London club returning with an improved offer isn’t ruled out.

The Brazilian club signed the player on loan from Shakhtar Donetsk in 2022, and that’s set to be converted into a five year permanent deal.

UOL state Internacional are demanding €12m for Vitão, which means €4m more would be needed from West Ham. Perhaps they can meet somewhere in the middle.

Nottingham Forest are also keen on the player.

Player going to London and West Ham is ‘concrete’ – Contact in place, value of deal known

Thursday’s edition of Gazzetta dello Sport reports Nehuen Perez leaving Udinese and ‘heading towards’ London and West Ham this summer is a ‘concrete’ scenario.

The Hammers have been linked with multiple defenders in recent weeks, indeed they’ve been linked with far more players than most other Premier League clubs.

Many of those have been in South America, and whilst the Udinese player may not fit that bill, he is Argentine so we’re halfway there.

At the beginning of the week it was made known in Italy that West Ham were keen on Perez and had made contact to find out the conditions of a deal.

Then Tuesday’s edition of Gazzetta dello Sport said the price would be €20m.

Udinese are already looking for a replacement and it’s stated Matias Moreno, who plays for Belgrano in Argentina, is a serious option.

The Serie A side are unlikely to move for him until they know for certain what’s happening with 23-year-old Perez, so it’s over to West Ham for their next move now.
