Re: Europa and Conference League Semis
"As others have said about the Villa match, the Conference cup isn’t as ‘easy’ to win as most pundits, many of our own supporters and fans of other clubs have claimed, especially in the aftermath after we had won it. If Villa get knocked out then this adds more credence to our own win. However...

"Re: ""All good sides are built on back fours and goalkeepers"""
Liverpool’s decline during the 90’s seemed to coincide with the new back pass rule. I remember them on many occasions passing back to their keeper from the half-way line in order to waste time or to keep it away from the opposition.

"Dagenhammer 8:07 Wed Mar 27 I remember all of those, plus the National Shinguard version of Bubbles being played before matches. The Salvation Army band used to play the same repertoire every match in the early to mid 70’s, including a medley featuring Jesus Christ Superstar."

"Speaking of Leverkusen tickets, I missed out by one loyalty point today for the €15 away leg tickets. Shortly afterwards, I’d heard from various sources that they were being put up for sale for almost £450! This is the problem with digital tickets being issued, the whole system can be abused b...

Re: Big Ange sticking up for overseas fans
"Back in the late 90’s, early 00’s, I used to visit Florida quite regularly and would pop in to watch Tampa Bay Mutiny. This was during the days of Carlos Valderrama playing for them. Their gates were smaller than those of Dagenham and Redbridge and the standard was even lower. The fans consiste...

Is that true about bus tickets being included in the price of the match tickets and where and how can this be verified? Two of us will be making our way to the stadium from the Hauptbahnhof by public transport and I was doing research about where and how to buy the bus or tram tickets.

"I remember the 1986 match there to decide which team finished as runner’s up. We were roundly thrashed 5-0 at Forest in the FA Cup when Allardyce had put out our youth team to a then, struggling Championship side. The following Wednesday we were roundly tonked 6-0 at Man City in the League C...
