I said to 3 people at start of season our biggest mistake would be keeping hold of Rice. I don't care that he is the best player on the pitch. You can't have a captain who is leaving for better things. It doesn't inspire. It's no wonder he is playing out of his skin to get a big move and everyone around him can't be fucked.
