Moyes has even said that the club offered him a deal but he refused it and wanted to leave. Alot of the other younger players were offered moves and took the same though process as Ashby. There is a worry within the club that the youth setup will get left behind, hence Noble coming in and seemingly trying to bridge the gap. Mubama apparently is also getting frustrated and wants a loan move away, he has said that he thinks he deserves a place on the bench at least due to his goalscoring record in recent months, he wants to kick on and get experience of playing in a good solid league. Gillingham were interested but decided to go down the experienced striker route and got in Aidan O'brien instead."

Steve In part what you have said is true. Dyche wanted the job and would have taken it if we had lost to Everton. There were a couple of high profile managers who also would have taken the job in November. There are a few who are waiting to step in now.

I don't blame any of the players. They do what the boss says and they get picked. If the boss doesn't like what they do he doesn't play them. Antonio already said that they follow his tactics so it's all on Moyes. If the players don't want to work hard it's down to the manager to make it happen. No one has a job where you continually don't do what the boss tells you to do. He's been there for 3 years. It's ALL HIM. I just hate how he tries to weasel out of taking all the responsibility.
