"Funny enough, that's partly why he doesn't want it. If it goes well, he has a job for 18 months - like all managers - and then he's getting dogs abuse and getting sacked. Or it goes badly and he struggles for credibility and going back to his current job (a bit like shearer I suppose). He's never wanted to be manager - or part of the managerial merry go round - the job he has is the one he wants, at the club he wants, and it's a big job in terms of repairing the structure of tge club. Seen some poor West Ham teams over the years but I don't think I've ever seen a side so poor in possession of the ball.

The players just don't like this cunts formations and deliberate lack of time on the ball. If Noble was so key he'd be back in the dressing room on match days as he hasn't fucking left AND he knows and gets on with most the under performers due to the cսnt tactics they are asked to play.

Sbbb Moyes hasn't become useless overnight. Almost certainly spent the better part of two years having noble do his job for him. He'd be perfect for what we need. The only problem is he doesn't want it either... that and sullivan wouldn't entertain it

"I'm not so sure about Noble coming in to coach. Does he have a coaching badge? He's certainly never coached a day in his life - at that level. Inspirational figure, sure. And West Ham through and through. But is he the man to turn around a struggling, expensive bunch of players worn down by a stubborn and cantankerous one-trick pony? I'd want at least some experience. Somebody who walks through the door not just with fresh ideas and a new approach - though that is crucial - but also knowing that what they say and do has worked before now. The players will more likely respond to that, too."

I think it is true zico. Unfortunately it seems that Sullivan has first option on Gold's shares at the price DK paid. DK has 2nd option. DK has first option on DS shares at same price as he bought his 25%. The worry is that if DK has decided he will pass on the option until he knows what league we will be in. It's fine the Gold family holding £160m of shares but what will they be worth in the championship?
