If you mean give birth to them then obviously they can't, they're fucking men.

See easy isn't it? so...were the moon landings faked then Nuts? It's a simple yes or no
No lunar landings are not fake in my opinion and the earth obviously isn’t flat. What that has to do with Ikraine is beyond me. I’d have thought you’d have realized how stupid you sound by me asking if “men can have babies”

You really are too stupid to take serious.

in you opinion? you sound so sure! It has nothing to do with Ukraine you're right, I'm just checking how far down the tin foil hatted rabbit hole you are, because if you're a AAA paranoid conspiracy theorist as I suspect ,  then it's hardly with debating you is it. anyway off you pop you little scamp, watch out for the shapeshifting lizards and don't fall off the edge!

No Hammer I am aka Cappy, you’re the one who is stuck on Stupid.
ive also been on here a long time, I have never said the earth is flat or the Luna landings were fake. I did call the Russian collusion hoax correctly and backed it all up with facts, along with testimony under oath proving it was originated by Hillary Clinton and her campaign.

So tell me what other conspiracy theories have I spouted on here that haven’t been proven as conspiracy fact?

Im still waiting for you to say something sensible!

Don't reverse uno "Exactly" me, like that was your point all along.  😂

You brought up Vietnam to a completely different poster!

you're are a slippery one one mate I'll give you that, perhaps give Nutsin some lessons in how not to look like a moron? and if you think I'm resorting to insults, Check out his love for the word "retard", he's a menace that one!

Yes - exactly.

I used another poster's point to further demonstrate the historical ignorance of trying to compare the wars.

So is Vietnam a good analog for this war?  That was your point.  Or was that a pretty silly thing to try?

Do you believe the Ukrainian people - many of whom are still living decent lives, I saw my nephew's in-laws at his wedding last year for example - have the same will to keep fighting as the Vietnamese people in the '70's?

no example or analogy if going to be identical is it though IOC, was merely pointing out it isn't as futile and impossible to fight for your homeland and win against the odds as some of you keep saying. You theorising "well they probably won't fight as hard" doesn't make the examples irrelevant.

So to your last point. no, possibly not, but that's my opinion and i might be wrong, as might you, they surprised everyone by lasting 3 years. When it all started, I remember some of you, and I wish I could remember exactly who, stating as fact that Russia would only take days to crush Ukraine and anyone was an idiot for thinking differently.

Speaking of gullible

Your lazy attempted history comparisons on appeasement were quite gullible.

Fancy trying to defend them?

Or have you learned that you come off the worse in discussions with someone like myself, who has a mere modicum of understanding about the subject at hand?

(PS. How would PR have helped the Russion minority in the Ukraine. Back when the Ukraine had elections. of course?)

Would you accept conscription in this county if it meant the Ukraine had more than a 0% chance of winning this war, comma?

Pathetic Retard!

Trump will be addressing the nation later today. Whispers are that he is gonna defund NATO too. He is not playing around.

Starmer is committed to British planes in the air and troops on the ground. Good eh!

Fucking idiot war mongers. My Sisters Son is 19 she is worried he will get called up.

Personally I hope this ends up being the end of the libtard stranglehold of Europe with all this European Union Bureaucracy ruining Europe. Looks like the globalists have made a big miscalculation.

Starmer in his speech where he states that the UK stands with Ukraine then in the same breath acknowledges that Europe needs American assistance, While seizing on the opportunity to basically trash Trumps position. Let’s see how that works out.

Oh and apparently the European Union have earmarked 800 billion plus in aid to Ukraine. (What took so long?) and your complaining that the cost of your travel card just went up and fuel costs are too high.

But don’t worry Cappy, you’ll be safe and secure in rat infested Baltimore.

Sorry to hear about your Son Nurse, you must be worried out of your mind. Hopefully Zelensky resigns and  Trump is able to prevent the oncoming onslaught.

Fucking Liberals!

Since we have gone there already,  that's what they told  Americans in Vietnam.  The Americans were involved there in various ways through parts of the '50s and early '60s, it was not until the mid '60s that drafted soldiers were used.  The draft lottery was 1969.

i'll deal with the only point that wasn't opinion for the sake of brevity, we can circle back round if you like.

Yes I can well believe that that is what we all want, who doesn't want the war to end, even if it means giving up land, Zelensky would probably accept that too.  The devil's in the details though, If you ran a poll stating should we surrender with no guarentee if we do Putin won't push for more months later then you'll have a different answer

You have no idea.  Land was part of the polling, security guarentees like a mineral deal were not.

The point is:  it was a silly comparison - Do you believe that Ukrainians have the same will to continue that the Vietcong did?

Why not use Korea? Similar starting point to Vietnam.   Solution: Divide the land to make peace.

Or if we went further into the realm of silliness, we can equate the American Revolution.  A lesser force beating a greater one (with some help from the outside, like you want.)

You (and apparently Zelensky) want to keep the fighting going, a good portion - a majority if independent polls can be trusted - of Ukrainians, want the war to end, even if means giving up land.  My personal anecdotal interactions are similar.

Re: The Official Politics Thread (enter at your own risk)

There is little sign in the 3 years of this conflict to suggest Ukraine could force Russia out.  They are running out of men and are now looking to 18-25 year olds to join up. They are fighting at full capacity.

Not only is there tons of footage of people being kidnapped by drafters, but recently an entire brigade of 1700 men reportedly went AWOL whilst training in France. Around 50k men were officially recognized as going AWOL last year but it’s suspected to be higher.

Add to that an inferior western production and supply of weaponry and munitions to Ukraine, leaves them little chance  without further intervention from other nations.

I’d be surprised if Ukraine can last another 3 years with US funding, let alone without it.

Unless you’re already in the armed forces, or you’re Ukrainian, nobody is getting called up to fight in any wars.

I don't know mate, why don't you ask the Vietnamese how you can defeat a much stronger enemy? probably by having some brave patriots willing to fight for their homeland and not cowardly bowing to people trying to bully them into submission.

Massively ahistorical attempt at comparison honestly.

1) First and foremost, the popular support in Ukraine for a continue war is nothing like that which the Vietcong had.

One reason -  Ukrainians do not need to win a war to escape a grindingly awful existence for the most part.  The Vietnamese (and Afghani too an extent) did. The worst parts of their lives are being caused by the war, not solved by it.

You (and apparently Zelensky) want to keep the fighting going, a good portion - a majority if independent polls can be trusted - of Ukrainians, want the war to end, even if means giving up land.  My personal anecdotal interactions are similar.

2) It is different kind to war entirely. The Vietcong were kicking out the French and it became a proxy war.

3) The world interest was very different.  Domino theory was a doctrine fully espoused by many in power in the West.  No matter what you might have been suckered into believing by your leaders through the media, Russia is not actually feared like the USSR was.

There are more but an explanation of those errors by yourself is important before going forward.
