"Pivotal, must win game to get a little breathing space in the league for Euro places, Barcodes struggling with injuries? Hmmm, we usually fvck these moments up dont we? Is Wilson fit? Not scored for ages? It almost guarantees he will bag 1 or 2?"

"Yep, no logical reason it would be the only 12.30 game and not on the box. if we win this we finish above them in my humble."

Ha! Well you’ll never guess who was apparently looking at the wrong day in the tv guide. Some of my finest work. I did think it was bloody weird to have a 1230 kick off not on TV.

"Just from looking at the kick off time I assumed we’d be on telly, but apparently not. What a lovely early start, for no real apparent reason, for our travelling fans."

"Agree Manuel, some of the points we have dropped this season are scandalous, even if 2 or 3 we had just done a bit better we would be up with Spurs and Villa. This Newcastle game then Spurs will go a long way to determine if we can get 6th spot, anything more than that is lost already though IMO. Just hope we turn up for this one against Newcastle so wil keep my optimists hat on. COYI"

"Sydney - If Paq, Kudus and Bowen are on song and we don't have any calamity's at the back, then yes that can definitely happen, but personally I'm not optimistic about this one. We've had a couple of key games this season where if we win we go into a real strong position and we have blown it, so I see similar here. When you look at the points we have dropped at home I wonder how we are still 7th."

We will set up to defend and lose because of Moyes shit negative tactics.

Moyes will park the bus. In his mind Newcastle are one of the 'Big Clubs' so his in-built inferiority complex shines through and he tries in his ever so 'umble way to hold onto a point against a 'very good Newcastle side' Only the Geordie maggots are not one of the 'Big Clubs' and they are not a very good side plus their defence is as woeful as ours. I doubt Moyes even knows we are above them in the table. 0-0 or a VAR 1-o loss. Hope i'm wrong obviously.

Kudas injury is in all likelihood non existent. He's looks a bit tired and no doubt it's agreed between Ghana and us . That he needed resting . And as previously posted as long as Isaak is contained 3 1 to us .

"Glancing the league table this is actually a very big game, win this and we are well clear of Newcastle, Brighton are at Anfield and Wolves away to Villa. Thing is, we have had similar games already this season and blew it every time. It's actually criminal the points we have dropped at home against bottom half sides this season."

I'm tempted to go with a score draw. Two worst defences in the top ten. Could be an end to end thriller. Newcastle have more goals in them though.

"I've no doubt we could win if we went at them with Bowen, Lucas and Kudus given free reign. They were in the top four last season though so Moyes will put ten men behind the ball and waste out attacking talent. We will lose 3-1. Shame. MOYES OUT"

There dodgy at the back . Then again so are we . If we shackle issak properly I suspect we'll win . We have a better record up there than some people make out .
Re: ‚ö? Newcastle v West Ham - Official Match Thread - Preview
All out attack would be different but like people have said our defence is poor at the moment so we would probably lose 3 - 2.

"lowlife 12:56 Sun Mar 24 Loving your positivity lowlife. I am making a couple of days of this. Visiting Hadrian’s Wall, staying over in a pub, nice cooked breakfast then more pub before early kick off. Your 0-4 score line will top it all off!"

"RM10 - Yea on reflection ,maybe a tad harsh. More broadly the Villa game is likely irrelevant anyway, seems to be these days that form, good or bad, isn't really taken into the next game, every game seems like a fresh start kind of thing. But yea, I really don't fancy this one. Looking forward to it regardless, as this weekend has been shit."
