May as well get going with this since with Sullivan at the helm, season ticket renewals slow, and the football vacuum to commence, this will soon be all the "news" there is.

Can Potter and MacCauley pull multiple rabbits out of the hat, or will Sullivan 'try really hard' with all of them before grabbing a few aging bargains from Big Willie Salthouse?

Its fucking frightening. Sullivan now well and truly put in the spotlight by the Slavia chairman. That statement is very telling, but, sadly what we already know. 

Basically has said "Value agreed, terms of payment agreed, players personal terms agreed, Slavia coach pulled him from squad and....... Nothing".

Negotiations on this deal started three weeks ago and, by all accounts, were completed two weeks ago and Sullivan has sat and done nothing. And this was the deal that all and sundry in the know were saying was done. Slavia chairman now saying they will begin negotiations with player for a contract extension. 

It's literally mind boggling. And in a position that we desperately need. 

I think Sullivan is now just mentally ill. It's clear that he is not capable or is just playing games. The man is sick in the head.

Joining just a couple of dots ( hopefully conspiracy theory stuff ) didnt we see Gonzo at Hammers Chat recently getting pelters ( trolls etc ) for releasing a rumour about the club questioning Macaulay’s credentials for identifying players to bring in etc and now we hear Slavia Prague chairman expressing frustration with West Ham over what he thought was looking like a fairly straightforward deal for Diouf their left back?  The undermining of Macaulay was apparently coming from Barry Silkman, one of the Sullivan’s confidents and sychophantic “mates”. He was upset that Macaulay was not talking to him to help with West Ham recruitment.  The Slavia Prague chairman’s frustration is reminiscent of what happened with the transfer of  Willie Carvalho from Sporting Lisbon a few seasons back and even the Duran transfer collapse last summer ? Sullivan and/or Brady moving goalposts at the 11th hour and trying to shave a few million off the price, introduce unreasonable terms etc, sending “take it it or leave it” emails to clubs about players our manager has listed as targets?

And Sullivan supposedly didnt rate Potter ( Brasy’s husband mate being why he got recommended to him ) and by association perhaps Macaulay. He can easily make deals collapse and he has form for it.

Im sadly thinking this is all leading to Sullivan bringing in players he has recommended to him from Salthouse, Silkman, Mackay and other agent contacts. All to happen in the last week of the window. This is the Sullivan model and probably getting one  right last season with AWB has reinforced his conscious and unconcsious bias that he, David Sullivan is still the best in the business at identifying players and getting the best deal. Its failed 90% of the time , as 53 strikers has proven,  but here we are again, the only top level club in the world not using proper football professionals like a DOF and operating the same way.   

Sullivan’s self self-aggrandisment and narcissism knows no bounds.  We are in so much trouble with this clown at the wheel. Relegation here we come.
