If we're to stand any chance we've got to have fighters in the side. That means dropping either Kilman or Aguerd and bringing in Mavro - yes I know he's capable of mistakes but he likes to put himself about and that needs to be the priority.
Likewise in midfield, drop the limp lettuce JWP and get Soucek working in both boxes. Potts too - he can clearly fight for the cause. And Paquetà needs to turn up. Never know, we might scrape a lucky 1-0.
Yes to Potts. Mavro shouldn't even be on the bench. Guaranteed to ship goals with him on the pitch. Might need Paqueta with a slow midfield as he is the only one capable of putting a useful ball up the pitch, but he's hit and miss and only less of a liability than Mavros. Soucek I wouldn't start with, we're lumbering enough without him clogging things up further. But definitely worth subbing him on to resolve a stalemate as he gets goals. Dunno what to do about JWP though. He's not doing anything at the moment.

Feeling apprehensive at the moment but I'll start to fancy our chances once I've had a few.
Let's hope the team don't use the same method.

They should just sort it out in a charity boxing match with the winners proceeds going towards their favourite Cambodian orphanage of their choice.

Seeing potential line ups and they all include Kilman, JWP, Soucek....thats depressing enough then theres some with Rodriguez and Mavropanos in them.

Everyone is turning up to the ground fucked off and demoralised before a ball is kicked, if we don't start well then the place will get toxic.

I reckon their pace and midfield will just overthrow us, they'll be well on top and we haven't got the players or the characters to keep them at bay.

3-0 the rent boys,  West Ham booed off both halves (full time boo's will be alot quieter as most will be back at Stratford already).

I am going but expecting anything from a hammering with crowd unrest (just walking out, doubt we have it in us anymore to cause trouble) to them putting a shift in and the crowd getting behind them. Full spectrum. I probably lean towards the beginning end of that spectrum but Chelsea often don't turn up either at the bowl.
It's what I cling on to as you say, we've got a good record against them at the OS. Bit of a bogey ground for them so you'd hope that carries on still. I fully expect the crowd to be jumping from the off under the lights in the summertime against those cunts. 👌

Bit jealous of those going in that respect as I love watching us against the rentboys. Enjoy it whoever's going!

Potters press conferences are really starting to give me the ache, either complete psycho babble or absolute waffle, the cսnt thinks he’s clever enough to tie everybody’s head in knots without directly answering a question, what’s the point talking to the media if you’re not going to answer stuff?
Fuck me, one game in and he’s already a narky cսnt, give him a tiny bit of criticism and he doesn’t respond very well. How is this cսnt in any way inspiring?
I watched one of Thomas Franks pressers the other day and he was asked about why Bissouma wasn’t available, he said  Bissouma’s been late for training a couple of times so he’s not travelled with the squad, it’s fucking chalk and cheese to Brady’s buddy when he was asked about Alvarez.

Full spectrum. I probably lean towards the beginning end of that spectrum but Chelsea often don't turn up either at the bowl. So who knows. Just hope he makes a few changes to that team he put out against Sunderland. Potts getting his home debut since returning would improve the mood. I notice we haven't sold out, plenty of tickets available.

Needs to get some fucking service, but he's the only one who seems to set anyone up. He can't do that for himself and put the ball on a platter for Diouf against Sunderland.

Nope, that doesn't  wash I'm afraid. Both Bowen and Soucek managed to score regularly without relying on much service, yet Fullkrug continues to struggle to score by comparison. Poor service excuse only goes so far. Just 1 poxy goal in his last 10 appearances. It's a shocking return for a so-called top International senior Striker.

I presume after recent news linking Alvarez with Fenerbache that he will now not be available for selection? Potter seemed vague about his current status at the Club.

Must admit for the first time I can recall I seriously thought over the decision to renew
Decided to go ahead as I thought the problems of the last abysmal season were obvious and MUST be fixed
Overly optimistic wasn’t it and tonight’s game looms in my diary like a visit to the dentist

Hoping to be pleasantly surprised but suspect our midfield will be over run putting too much pressure on our shaky defence
0-3 maybe

Fullkrug is exactly the striker we need. However, for him to work, we need to have a team built around providing service to him, which we don't have. So we might as well go for the Allardyce 4-6-0 that beat Tottenham.

100%. Waste of time giving stick to the players and the manager. It's what Sullivan WANTS to hide behind.
