He won the title with City. But ended in tears. But that's quite common at big clubs.
And he got royally fucked at Madrid. Ended up getting 96 points for them to lose to Barca's 98 points and was then used as a scapegoat in a political war at boardroom level.
Again, I agree with you about opinions, but just to add some balance. But I do think he will manage again.... Probably earning mega money back in China!

Pelle spent all that money and we were abysmal. Stubborn, tactically inept and this was exploited by rival managers.

I know what he delivered for us and it’s up there with the dross Avram and Glenda served up.
City ended in failure
Madrid ended in failure
China ended in failure.
I doubt very much he’ll manage again. I can see a pattern .’

100% Pellegrini isn’t a ‘bad’ manager and it’s very easy, considering 99% of managers end up getting sacked to say ‘I told you so’ to everyone afterwards.
He was definitely phoning it in this season, though. There’s no denying he changed our style of play and made it more pleasing last season. The players coming in were good and contributed. This time round it all fell apart and it really smacked of someone who didn’t have their heart in it at all. His time was up and I’m glad he went.

Last time Moyes was here, Ogbonna in the centre of the back 3, which wasn't the obvious choice I think for many given Ginge and Rice were around, worked pretty well. Clearly they work well for one another.

I am sure it has already been mentioned but I thought Ogbonna played very well yesterday.
I can't get too excited about Moyes this early but moving Anderson further forward and central worked well.

All about opinions...
Personally for me, all things considered, salary money spent etc, added to the dross served up = worst manager in my lifetime.
He was woeful, and his final year at City wasn’t anything to write home about either, he gave up there as well.
Also, there’s a few more stories to come out that’ll make uncle Avram seem like a dynamic workaholic.
All about opinions though.
