Re: The Emirates FA Cup 5th round draw

I can just imagine Sullivan dressing up as a Red Indian chief on Monday evening, dancin' and a-whoopin' around his drum, praying that the Cup Goddess will smile favourably on him and give us a home draw against one of the bigger sides. Fuck progress, selling tickets (& merchandise)  to mug punte...

Re: The Emirates FA Cup 5th round draw

Well, 2 more Premier League sides definitely go out this round, and 2 Championship sides are guaranteed to be in the hat. Not beyond reason that one or more of Leeds, Wolves &  Fulham could also be dumped out at this stage. Would that make it te fewest number of PL clubs to be in the 5th Round ...

Anyhow, Sullivan will be livid. Hope we get drawn away at the most inaccessible ground in the country.

I've absolutely no doubt that some (trans supporting twats) will try to spin these deaths as a price worth paying for the advancement of trans "rights". The world is fucked and it's the authorities who have single-handedly fucked it. Of course, as always, the gun lobby in the USA will spi...

Re: Team for Burton

I wouldn't put it past Sullivan to "let it be known" within the club, with nothing being recorded,  that if they throw the game (to protect his cash flow model) they'll all be "looked after". Looking at the potential ties for the next round, I rate our chances of proceeding furth...

Sp*rs will be nowhere near relegation, sadly!   Forest can catch spurs points-wise tonight, but will never overturn their -12 goal difference to move above them...yet. As has been pointed out, spurs next game is at home to Arsenal, while the next game for Forest is at home to Liverpool. Out of the ...

Just read a couple of the broadsheet match reports and they both seemed a lot less negative about West Ham's predicament - at least one welcoming a potential "hair raising" season run-out.

100% agree The only way to really keep fans onside and spending is to win. The only way to win is to spend money on players that you wont have unless you win.  Absolutely not true. I seem to recall that while we were still considering rebuilding/expanding the Boleyn, one of the major stumbling blocks was a bus stand under the East Stand that was deemed "vital to the local public transport network" and could not be moved. This meant we couldn't expand eastwards. Withi...
