I’ve just noticed that C.Chaplin scored for Ipswich at home v Bournemouth.

I bet that silenced the away support.

That is the question.
That's a case for Inspector Jacques Clouseau.
Now I’m picturing Todibo squaring up to JL and saying.

’gaffer, your fly is undone.’

“Jean-Clair Taekwando“

I’m thinking more - Jean Claude Van DAMME why did he have to go and whack the manager and cause all this bollocks.

Re: Michail Antonio Car crash

We all know Antonio’s limitations and the frustrations that he brings to us.   Whether it be saying silly stuff on a podcast, or going over to Jamaica to smoke reefers, er, I mean, play football, when he should be here at West Ham. But, he’s also contributed a lot of really good stuff that’s made up...

Under Moyes this is one of those games where we might dig in, ride our luck and get something after fully expecting to lose   Yep. I agree. There was always a possibility of a win at any game with Moyes. And the more likely possibility of a pasting to be fair. But under Lop there is little hope. We...

Re: Malapropisms you have Heard

I was interviewing people for a job vacancy along with a German colleague. Discussing afterwards who we should put on our shortlist my colleague rejected one candidate on the grounds that when answering several questions he went off on a tandem.     That sounds a bit harsh to me. Couldn’t you and y...

With regards to the penalty. Im not sure if De Ligt gets a touch on the ball. For argument’s sake let’s say he does - it doesn’t matter. He’s out of control and follows through into Ings. In this day and age, you can’t do that. If people don’t like the rule, then go back to the old rule, whereby, i...

And even if it wasn’t a penalty ( it was ) it’s about fucking time we’ve had a dodgy decision go for us against them cunts. I was shocked at that decision too. It goes against the history of my watching this fixture for the last 57 years.         We should  enjoy it, eh. I’m sure normal service wil...

Indeed. Give the bloke a chance!   The thing is, I think with a combination of our support not wanting him, and the media dying for him to fuck up - Lopetegui’s position, will become untenable. Every little mistake on the pitch, will be met with moans and groans, which will then in turn, create an ...

Re: Lopetegui

If Sullivan listened to the football people he's employed to make these types of decisions, then we could have had Amorim (who'll likely end up at City when Pepe goes) managing us and Duran leading the line. He instead followed his gut (went with Salthouse's choice), and we've got Lopetegui managin...

Re: Lopetegui

On the issue of Lopetegui "falling out" with people, it's an interesting one. People falling out at clubs is quite common, and it doesn't necessarily affect the team or performances - look at Cole and Sheringham, who barely said a word to each other off the pitch at Man Utd during their m...

Lopetegui is a Lopetegui man.  I reckon he'd eat himself if he was made of chocolate. You only have to look at his own website to see that. Julen Lopetegui     Seems like JL is the ‘Spanish Pardew’. On a personal level, I can’t stand ‘self promotional’ stuff like that.  But, I suppose,  like it or ...

In all seriousness, you’ve always had that type of supporter (minus the gear). When it was terracing, you could just walk away from them.  Seating, obviously  took that away. The worst thing for me, is the lack of good humour & atmosphere , at the games and  in society as a  whole, in general. ...
