Any Old Iron...We agree with your criticisms...We agree there are weaknesses. But there have been quality players added to the side. A new manager and coaching staff should.. get a good tune out of the squad. It is just not coming together in a cohesive way...We are no longer aiming for top 6. We are only aiming to climb the table and stay out of bottom 3...sad but True...WHF this Family commenced watching Thames Iron works around 1896...WHF/ Fenton..

"It is a very good squad"

Yeah, right. It's so good we've got a useless left back and left back. I mean, fucking useless.

We've also got a a very expensive striker who doesn't score and a former winger who has been filling in as a striker for 3 years but is now finished. In other words we still don't have an effective striker. No wonder we never fucking score.

And you think it's a very good squad? You're out of your fucking mind

never liked Nolan after I heard what his and BFS tried to do with Ravel Morrison and their agent

Coffee - the trains are notoriously reliable, as recent history has shown! So no panic: we’ll get to see Dyche’s Championship side play in the footballing hotbed of Devon. It’s ok.

Some of you really need to let go if the BFS era to have you focused that rather than Moyes.

Agree about Allardyce and anything associated with him, which Kevin Nolan very much is.

The fact 'BFS' got us promoted and saved us never washed with me...he tried to change the identity of the club and succeeded for a while.

Now we have the dour faced dinosaur doing the same with his negative and boring brand of SHIT football...he needs tin tacking NOW...and should have gone months ago...

Anyone know the best way to get to Plymouth on a Monday evening?

Glad he had a good send off, Sold. Sounded like a proper day that.

I'm not so sure they would give it to Nolan though, that would be footballing suicide and doubt Sullivan is 'that' stupid, as we would go down with that oaf as caretaker, but I would expect he would stay on if and when Moyes goes.

Manny... just come back from a family wake ... proper East End send off... band... pie and mash... just how my Gt Unc would have wanted... all West ham there... load of us yapping not just me saying he is a major problem...we all agreed nightmare scenario would be Moyes sack him getting caretaker... keeping us up by skin of teeth and then getting a 5 year contract... watch this space

Sold - Yea, I'm with you fella, despised him as a player and despise him even more now seeing the outdated fat cunt on the bench. Fella is a drunk and has become very wealthy since joining us and I'd be surprised if he gives a fuck about us when it boils down to it. He has no place being involved with a PL club. Sunday morning football is where he should be, hungover from Saturday and straight in the clubhouse after the game, grinning from ear to ear. A very fortunate man.

Ref next week and Lampard, it's a bit more complicated now after yesterdays events. In 'normal' times up there fatty would be gone by now, but with what's going on sacking a manager may not be the owners priority right now, and since fatty seems fairly popular still they might be antagonizing the Goodison faithful further if they sack him?

Fuck only knows, but fancy he will cling on, and as said will have the dinosaur Moyes's number on Saturday.

Even if we stay up, which imo is still likely, the old West Ham is back for sure, and the 2 seasons in Europe will just be a memory. This for me is depressing enough in that shit bowl, only a sugar daddy coming in would change this. Talking of Europe, it's now looking more and more likely that we will end up sacrificing this seasons comp now.

So what is there to look forward to? We will just be like Newcastle were, big crowds every week and going nowhere.

What on earth is going on?

No one would pick that starting line up ? Moyes has lost it. Cresswell? Soucek? Antionio? Coufal? 4 players that are technically or physically inept. Thats without mentioning Oggy and Fab. 6 players that are going to be a weakness one way or another. Moyes must want the sack? Cannot be any other reason surely?

I’m dumfounded. As the most pessimistic fan there is even I didn’t think he would select that lot .

Sullivan must have dementia or is high on something ? Moyes is done, finished yet he has kept him as manager.

The only money that needs to be spent is getting rid of Moyes and bringing in a new manager
Offer that manager a budget of 25 million to bring in 1 or 2 players as I honestly believe we have a good squad who aren't being used properly, some of the ageing players being decent enough to be in the squad.
Moyes is the one who needs changing, simply due to his tactics, in game management and lack of change. He has done the same thing week in week out with very little rotation or desire to change.
He has lost the dressing room
Any decent manager would look at someone like Scammaca and straight away give him a partner up top to at least try and score more goals. Give Benrahma a free roam to get involved and make things tick and get rid of the Soucek idea of he 'may' get us a goal from set a piece etc.
Its clear as fucking day it's the manager they aren't playing for, it's not working out and he needs to go.

+++ What a staggering disappointment to see such a huge investment in the squad ; and see us in the Relegation zone. We were anticipating us being in the top Six. But there have been many changes. Mr.West Ham Noble is not on the field or dressing room.

Psycho Stuart Pierce has moved on.

Kevin Nolan remains.

There are many questions to be answered.

It is a very good squad.

DM does not seem to be able to get a good tune out of them And we are NOW in big Trouble.

Relegation would be devastating.

Drastic actions are NOW required.

Sadly David Gold has passed on. What is happening at Board level.?...What is Our new big investor saying. ?

This loss to Wolves is really bad. Next up Everton and then some very challenging matches..

WE Must turn this around NOW !! WHF/Fenton

Gone in the morning or next Sunday if we don’t beat Everton. Simple as. Needs a fresh outlook while there’s still a chance.

These same group of players are absolutely capable of going on a really good run under a new man. Talent isn’t really a problem. We’ve seen it. We know they are all better than they are demonstrating.

nychammer 1:25 Sun Jan 15
Re: ⚽ Wolves v West Ham - Official Match Thread - Preview
if we dont beat Everton we're gone. We'll lose the three after that and be back in the bottom 3. Does anyone see Moyes going from 1 win in 9 to a relegation busting winning run any time soon?

I honestly think Sullivan is pepared to gamble on going down and bouncing straight back. We'll get parachute payments and he's done it before. Biggest gamble of his tenure but i think he'd rather that than throw money at what increasingly looks like a hopeless situation and still go down anyway.

Looking at our upcoming fixtures along with the way we’re playing, we are fucked. We look totally shot and Moyes has to go for us to have any realistic chance of staying up.

Most of the teams around us offer something at least.
