I hate to keep flogging this dead horse, but the zaza sub is, for me, what killed us saturday. Sakho obviously needed subbing because he was blowing out his arse, but after about 5-10 minutes of zaza on the pitch everything we had going forward collapsed. We were already riding our luck at times, but Spurs were then free to bomb an extra man forward at which point it was just clenched balloon knots for us.

Antonio was interviewed on the USA match of the day. He was very emotional and kept saying that he was 'Embarrassed" by the result. He said "We thought the game was won and we just stopped playing"

For those who are convinced that Nordveit's fuck up was a penalty and nailed on, would it have been given the other way round?
It was poor but it was made a three course meal out of and the ref was desperate to give them something.
The substitutions cost us.
