FMOB!
Thanks for the concern Eerie
but i think im going to be ok, its the fucking Internet after all and no one really gives a flying fuck what anyone else thinks on just about any subject.
Having recently retired i was having a moment as it where
Maybe the hormones are having a hissy fit
so i started ranting................
As to Greenland, never been there, not sure i would want to, seems fucking cold and just a bunch of Eskimos (are we allowed to call them that
) doing jack shit, eating fermented fish and whale blubber, so if they want to join the Septic's its up to them and NOT Trump.
Thanks again

Funny how the people that have been critical against a peace deal, think they have legitimate criticism of Trump for not doing it fast enough.I’m not going to find you anything. You can find it yourself easily online/youtube. He actually said he’d get it done before he got to the Oval as he gets on with both presidents well (half true).
what’s more funny is doubting that Trump would spout such lies. He lies so much people get bored of it and now gets a free pass. The biggest lie of all is that his main priority is to save innocent lives.
I just asked you to back up your claim. Since you claimed a focus on exactly what he said.
i assumed you loosely meant the 24 hours in which he stated he could end it, as if you’re disappointed he hasn’t already achieved his goal, despite clearly being against it happening.
Not sure you have any point about priority if he gets a peace deal. As it’s preferable to the perpetual war that opposition to him seem to want. Which clearly includes you.

Trump comes out with some outlandish claims but that's mainly because he isn't a Politician which isn't something you need to be to reach the office coffee president. Prior to announcing himself as a candidate in the 2016 race, he'd never worked a day as a Politician. Those moaning about his lack of statesmanship would do well to remember all this, he behaves as an individual by his own rules.
And can anyone say in all honesty that the world would be a better place had that cackling tart become president?
I get what you're saying to some extent Billy but for my money it goes past just being a lack of statesmanship he's actively antagonizing people and whole nations and it should be called out, if for example the Spanish PM made a speech and declared one way or another Gibraltar was being absorbed into Spain, the pitchforks and outrage from those in the UK would be out quick smart even though its not going to happen.
I like the fact he's got rid of Woke and the DOGE stuff seems a good idea although not saw the chainsaw approach was the right way of doing it
But on Greenland or Canada even, people and governments should speak up rather than shrug the shoulders and as it doesn't really affect us so who gives fuck! But each to their own.

Because he is
1) Trolling Trudeau, who originally told Trump that if the tariff/trade structure between us and them was changed then we " would cease to exist as a country." Dumb thing to say in front of Trump.
2) He wants a weak government he can bully in Canada and pit his right-leaning voters against. He has that now. The Parliament is pro·rogued, the next Prime Minister (former Bank of England guy but awful speaker/politician) is being annointed as the head of the leading party. The chances of that government (more left) staying is greater if he is the big mean right-wing bad guy who says nasty things.
3) It plays very well in some circles. The people that really hate it in the States, didn't vote for him. He needs to keep the leads in the House and Senate to better do his thing and it builds support there.
And not everyone is antagonised, I am much more upset at the state of economy and the political situation here than I am with Donald Trump being Donald Trump. And I can do more about it.

His main priority doesn't have to be saving innocent lives. It just has to get it done.
We live in the real world.
Your favourite restaurant's main priority is to make money. To do that it needs give you a meal you enjoy at a price you will feel okay paying (and not poison you along the way.) Are you naive enough to believe its main priority is to make you a good meal? No. But it happens most of the time, I would guess, if it's your favourite restaurant.
You are pretending? like the concept of an election promise is new to you. Donald Trump is politician. He is going to promise things like all politicians. He makes more outlandish statements than most but do you swallow up everything any politician says? It like believing every advert you see.
The deal has to be good for him politically and economically, where in there do you think his main priority is?
But at the end of the day, it is also only solution we have for saving innocent lives that has advanced in any way.

How does it effect your life that the USA owns Greenland?
Well although not taking him at face value, it was still a provocative thing to say and he does have form for this kind of comment, if intentional or not? Not sure it makes anyone stupid to not give it a WTF at the very least, wonder how the Greenlanders react to the comments (don't know any), or are they stupid!
Wouldn't affect my life much if at all if the Yanks got Greenland, but i could say the same about Ukraine really, or how about Taiwan should the Chinese decide to take that, had we been around in 1939 would Hitler annexing Austria and then later invading Poland affected anyone in the UK, USA, Australia??? But it triggered a World War., not that im suggesting this will but not the point!

Can’t see it becoming US territory but I think Denmark will likely agree to a large US military presence there.
BlackRock have just agreed to buy the Panama Canal ports, so the US gain control there like he wanted.
Greenland is already home to the largest overseas US military base in the world. He's clearly talking about sovereignty
Yeah I know. My point was Denmark won’t sell it off, and will instead welcome an increase in military. The US only have a couple of hundred troops there.

My favorite line from Trumps address to the nation yesterday.
”The media and our friends in the Democratic Party kept saying we needed new legislation to secure the border.
But it turns out all we really needed was a new President!”

He wants Greenland for sure.
Did you watch the sequence?
“We strongly support your right to determine your own future, and if you choose, we welcome you into the United States of America. We need Greenland for national security and even international security. And we’re working with everybody involved to try and get it. But we need it really for international world security. And I think we’re going to get it."
*Pause to wind up the oppostion - like yourself. Cock of the head. Bond-villian change of voice. (he can't help himself)*
"One way or the other, we’re going to get it."
If you think he is invading Greenland to take it, I will give you my American house (American because it is also been annexed/invaded.) Again only suckers believe everything he says.

For someone who talks about souls in politics, you sure do love to outright lie.
I gave you a few options about what Zelensky could be intending when he came to the White House. Please.
My nephew was born and raised in Canada, I have never said any different.
You are like the Democrats last night, you hate Trump so much all morality and decency goes out the window. Like not not acknowledging a kid cancer survivor getting a dream moment because Trump recognises him.
