Re: Koh Samui
First went there in 1999 then again in around 2004. In those 5 years it changed massively. I expect it would be unrecognisable to me now.

I honestly don't know. Just passing on what I've been told. He's been a ST holder there for over 40 years.

Sullivan's partner
Have been reading how she has had her children’s care home shut down by Ofsted. Sullivan has a financial interest in the business apparently. Splitting her time between this enterprise and her OnlyFans account. The tow of them just ooze class don’t they? Link to report below: https://files.ofste...

"As has already been said repeatedly, it's not about winning or losing, it's the manner and approach to games. When we lose more often than not we deserve to, and when we win (aside from some slick and well executed moments of play), the match ALWAYS feels in the oppositions favour. So you're either...

"I'd like to see Bowen back on the wing and Kudus up front. Kudus is explosive over the first 5 metres but seems to lack pace beyond that, tending to run out of steam / up blind alleys on the wing. Reckon he would cause mayhem in a more advanced central role."

"More often than not, if you have less possession you will create less chances, which means that you need to be extra clinical with the opportunities that you do get. I think most of us would be willing to concede possession if we saw the pressing game with attacking intent that we got in the 2nd ha...

I never said or suggested anything of the sort Ron. Was just surprised to see what seemed to be hostility between them (More Bowen than Rice I might add). Didn't see how Bowen cut his eye up. Maybe it was that?

"As has been mentioned, our pressing game in the 2nd half was much better and more akin to how we played during lockdown. If we have to stick with Moyes then it's that energy that we all want to see, and if we see that Moyes won't get such a rough ride. I just have little confidence in him, given hi...

"Yes I did Two. We were fucking shit in the first half. 2nd half was better. We won at home with 28% possession, 5 shots to their 14. Did you watch it?"

"Had a ticket, but after the Everton match couldn't be bothered to put myself through another episode of frustration. Despite the score I felt vindicated after the first half too, as I could only see one winner at full time. 2nd half was much better. I'm pleased with the result but the rub of the gr...

"As has been said, peak Antonio was a useful player. I don't think he really knew what he was doing half of the time, played with pure instinct, but that also made him unplayable and double hard to defend. Over recent seasons we've seen less and less of that, culminating in Sundays performance which...

"Looking past the money at the bigger picture, the Arabs are making a play to take elite football / sport over there. What better way to do that than own all of the top clubs in Europe? We're already seeing players going over there on ridiculous contracts. Give it 10 years and the likes of City, PSG...

Re: Harry Maguire - West Ham United Captain
It's the Moyes effect again isn't it? Pursuing a player who doesn't want to know, like some psychotic ex laying there, legs agape. It's not attractive and only emboldens the other party who know that if plan A, B or C fails Moyes will be waiting, happy to swallow all of the previous knock backs. Lin...

Re: Harry Maguire - West Ham United Captain
I think this has already been mentioned by someone else, but hopefully Moyes has been told to sit down and shut up now the JWP / Maguire signings are in the bag, and Steidten has control of transfers from here on in. Not hopeful though.

Re: Harry Maguire - West Ham United Captain
The Brighton model will have had 200m + off of Chelsea in the space of a year if they sell Caceido to them. They probably already have a replacement lined up should he go. They recognise their place in the food chain and are playing the system brilliantly IMO.

Re: Harry Maguire - West Ham United Captain
If Moyes had been ditched 18 months ago (when he should have been), and a proper, forward thinking manager appointed in his place (Howe or similar), then I think we would be looking at a very different prospect now. When you add up the money spent since and the players already in place, we could hav...
