Re: Nuno Out
No point. 86% of Premier League teams in the bottom 3, who sacked their manager after Christmas were relegated. We have 18 games left. The 2 new boys look promising, but we need a CD & battling CDM to steady the ship. It’s not the end, yet, but we have to bring in more firemen. If that doesn’t w...

Di Canio wouldn’t last three matches with a professional Premier League team (like at Sunderland)

Re: How do we destroy Sullivan?
Yes stop going and stop buying merch is probably the best thing you can do. However, with PL parachute payments, TV money, and 50% off stadium rent, Sullivan may still be able to break even with a mostly empty stadium for 2 seasons, despite how bad it would look. Sullivan would then sell when the pa...

Re: Man City vs West Ham | PL | 20.12.25 | Predictions & Match Thread
Relegation ? The Championship is a hard league to get out of. Staying in the Premiership after promotion from the Championship is even harder. Revenue would start dropping like a stone, there would be no money for player investment. Fans could stay away and stop buying merch. We could be stuck in t...

Of the 45 teams who changed manager when in the relegation zone at Christmas, only 9 avoided relegation — about 20% survival rate historically.

Re: West Ham vs Newcastle | PL | 2.11.25 | Prediction and Match Thread
Play like that and we will go down. We were lucky Newcastle weren’t at the races today. We are atrocious without the ball, the press is absent and we leave gaping holes in midfield for the opposition to drift into and take their time to find a pass. Playing this way will only result in relegation. ...

Re: Sullivan out!
If we are relegated one way to secure his exit is to boycott club match tickets and merch. Whilst a PL team can survive without match day income, a Championship team likely cannot. 25k in a 65k stadium is also a very bad look. That may force him to sell.

Avram Grant’s team was worse. Don’t blame Nuno, he has just arrived. Blame a series of bad transfer decisions. Blame the majority of a squad that don’t seem to care. Blame an absence of decent centre backs. You can’t ignore that most other teams supporters blame West Ham’s fans for getting rid of D...

"I’m of two minds. His vision and range of passing is something no one else in our midfield has. Much of our offensive play comes through him. Without him in the team, where are the ideas coming from ? Not from side passing JWP or Soucek that’s for sure But, his decision making is often appallin...

Fauxsatralian That’s a balanced view. I watched the whole game and we lacked much in the way of ideas how to open them up. Everton are pretty poor and will be involved in a relegation fight. Interesting when they came on to us we start to find space and attack. Interesting also that with Paqueta o...

"Bell That’s harsh. Whilst I agree Benrahma was a bit peripheral, he got better and he was there to defend, close down and stayed alert. Watch the match again. Confidence is clearly lower than it should be (hence his penalty) but he’ll come back."

Fortunately the outliers in this group don’t make the decisions. If they did we’d have been relegated last year.

"Benrahma’s scored his last 11 pens that’s why I thought he got better as game went on. Some of you girls don’t understand form isn’t permanent, all players have dips. he’ll be back."
