Great shame. It’s a horrible disease and there’s no cure at this time, though there are some promising research programmes being conducted.
I couldn’t say he was a friend, but we met several times, when I was living in the Oslo area and he came across a nice man.

Re: Liverpool vs West Ham | League | 13.4.25 | Predictions & Match Thread
Happy with the way that we played and a pity we didn’t get a point out of it. Certainly a lot better than the previous two games against them. I’d certainly give the manager a transfer window, or two, before joking any ‘OUT’ ’ crowd. They seem to be the same ‘fans’ who wanted Moyes out, when 3 yea...

Just a CD of three friends (Hunter Musket) and playing along on an acoustic guitar. Fairly laid back, folkie/blues sort of stuff.
Re: Greggs
Never use Greggs. I do like a breakfast fry up now and again, but certainly wouldn’t have baked beans with it. That’s like putting 3 spoonfuls of sugar on a meal. HP sauce and/or English mustard and fried bread instead of hash browns; so it’s eggs, bacon, sausage, fried tomatoes, mushrooms and frie...

Re: WHO vs. KUMB
I can’t say that I prefer KUMB, but this site has seen a big swing from debate to abuse and I really don’t understand why that is. I guess it’s up to the mods to run the site how they want to, but we can disagree with others and remain a bit civil.

Diabolical first half, where we looked like a Sunday league side. Lucky not to be 3 down. What a transformation the second half was though. Definitely the better team after the break and its goals that count. I’ll take the 3 points and just hope we continue that second half form. ⚒⚒

Several. I had two aunts, who lived to see 100. I also work a lot for a charity, entertaining in residential care homes, so I see good number, who have reached the ton. best one though, is father of a good friend. Now 103, Bill regularly travels alone to visit his son in France and still performs ...

Well that was a lucky point. They seemed to think it was a training ground run about.
still, I said I wouldn’t judge management for at least 10 games, but we certainly need to improve on that.

"27 March 1954. Everton away and we won 2-1. My uncle was a long distance lorry driver and took me with him, on a trip to Liverpool. I was 9 years old and coming from a family of hammers, I was already hooked. My next game was a home match with my Dad."

Latest evidence shows that most of those illegal immigrants, who are escaping fr...
